I don't want to wake him up he looks so peaceful and I love the view of him sprawled on his belly. Damn me I'm feeling all tingly looking at him but I have things to do.

"Baby wake up. Baby baby baby."

"Yes, sweetie? What are you doing up?"

"We got things to do and places to be."

"Where have we got to be at this ungodly hour?"

"Well, it's the ungodly hour of ten babe. I want breakfast and I'm not cooking. Plus we have class today."

"Class?"

"Yeah, we have a Lamaze class today. I was supposed to go with Lauren but seeming you're here I thought you'd like to go."

"Yeah, of course, I'll go, why didn't you tell me? I would've come even if I wasn't coming this weekend."

"Babe it's okay Lauren was coming she's my backup in case you can't be here."

"Oh, I'm not going to miss Stella's birth. I'll be by your side from the beginning of April I'll be your shadow."

"Oh, hell no mister. I don't need a shadow. I need my freedom babe."

"You have babe, I just want to take care of you, babe." He kisses me.

"Don't kiss me. I got to go, I'd like you to come with me."

"Okay I'll come of course I will I said I would. Let me get dressed I'll be ready soon."

A while later after breakfast...

"Well, it's nice to see you made an effort."

"What's wrong with jeans and a t-shirt babe? You can't go wrong with that."

"I guess."

"You guess? You're moody today aren't you?"

"Yeah, I'm not feeling it today."

"We don't have to do this babe. You'll know what to do. Your body just does what it's supposed to do."

"No, we should go. I need to know how to breathe and stuff."

"Okay no pressure from me babe."

"At least I'll have the sexiest dad to be there."

"More like I'll have the sexiest mother-to-be." He kisses me again.

"You talk crap Norman."

"What's up, babe?"

"I'm just feeling a bit down that's all babe."

"Hey, you got to keep a check on that. How have you been when you've been alone?"

"I've been okay. Missing you but I have things that distract me so it's not so bad."

We reach the hospital and walk into the waiting room, there are five other couples there, I'm not surprised that people recognize Norman I suppose I have to get used to it.

"Come on babe. Just ignore them."

"Little hard sometimes."

"I promise it won't always be like this babe there'll be a time when people won't recognize me might take a while but hopefully it won't be like this always."

"I know. I like the little world we have when it's just us two. I'm sorry I'm not like other girls Norman that like the attention I've never been like that."

"Hey, that's nothing to be sorry for. I love that you're happy just to stay home and chill, haven't had that in a long time babe and I feel like I'm home when I'm with you."
