"Remind me again why I thought that this would be a good idea." Asked Alice, sounding annoyed. Kion looked at her and shook his head with a smile. "I believe you said that you were curious to know what your eye color would be if you weren't a vampire." He answered her. Alice nodded her head, becoming more annoyed. "Whoever said that curiosity killed the cat, is a liar. Curiosity is actually what's going to kill the Wolf." She told him. Kion snickered at that, amused by his mate's irritation.

For those of you who are wondering what is going on, you must first know something about Alice. Like her mother, Alice had a tendency to let curiosity get the better of her. Whenever she came across something that made her curious, she just had to know about it. So, when she got curious about what her eye color would be if she wasn't a vampire, she just had to know. So she had made a potion that she thought would make her a normal Werewolf witch, and she had taken it. Only, there was one problem. She had been so wrapped up in her curiosity, that she hadn't read what the potion would really do.

What the potion really did, was turn her into a normal Wolf. Even though the effects are only temporary, she now could no longer use magic, shift into her human form, or even race across the Pride Lands at blazing speeds. So yeah, she was definitely cursing her curious nature right now. Now, back to our lovable couple.

The Lion Guard were currently in their lair, looking at the painting of Scar, when he had ruled over the Pride Lands. Bunga was telling the story of his downfall. "Scar was the worst Lion to ever rule the Pride Lands. But he didn't stand a chance against my uncles." Bunga told his version of the story. Beshte, Alice, and Ono all laughed as Bunga told his version of Simba's story. "What?!" Fuli exclaimed. "Timon and Pumbaa? But they didn't defeat Scar." Said Makini. "Makini's right, Bunga." Kion chuckled. "Yeah. Everybody knows King Simba defeated Scar." Fuli said with sass.

"Common knowledge, really." Ono pointed out. "Pffft. Everyone says Simba defeated Scar, but-" Bunga was going to continue, but was cut off by a very annoyed Makini. "That's because it was Simba who defeated Scar. When Nala had told Simba what Scar had done to the Pride Lands, Simba knew he had to return. Sooo, Simba confronted Scar and defeated him, after a big battle." Makini told them what actually happened. "Yeah, but Simba couldn't have done it without my uncles." Bunga told the female mandrill. He then took Makini's staff, and used it to make the painting of Timon and Pumbaa, when they had distracted the hyenas.

"See! Uncle Timon did a dance for the hyenas." Bunga told them, referring to when Timon had to dance the hula, while Pumbaa sat with an apple in his mouth. Alice snickered as she wished she had been there to have seen that. Alas, she hadn't even been thought of at that time. "Aaannnnd, how did that help?" Fuli asked the Honey Badger. "To be fair, Fuli, Timon and Pumbaa did distract the hyenas, so Simba could confront Scar undetected." Alice told the Cheetah. "Yes, that's true. But it was still Simba who defeated Scar. And reclaimed the Pride Lands as the true King." Makini said.

"And that's what today's Kumbuka ceremony's all about." Kion told them all. "Yeah well, you have your story, and I have my uncles'." Bunga said to the Lion Prince. "Well one thing's for sure. Scar was really bad news." Beshte commented. "Yeah. I'm glad he's not in charge anymore." Fuli also commented. "Could you imagine what things would be like if he was still around?" Ono asked, and shivered at the idea. "I'd imagine the worst. Oooooo, if he was still around, he would get a small glimpse of that Queen of Hearts side of me. I'd either rip his heart out, or cut his head off." Alice told them, a frown on her face.

"Awww, Alice. But you can't do that at the moment. You're a wittle, normal puppy right now." Fuli teased her Wolf friend. Alice only narrowed her, now green, eyes at the Cheetah. Fuli has been teasing her about her mistake all day. And she wasn't the only one. Kion smirked as he then flashed next to Bunga, then to Beshte, then to Fuli, and finally back to Alice. Alice had a blank expression on her face when he did that. On the outside, she looked upset. But on the inside, she was actually finding this a little bit funny. But she was also thinking about sweet, sweet, revenge. 'Don't worry, you two. I'll get you back for this, darlings.' She thought to herself.
