Hello again, my crazy readers. I'm honestly super lucky most of you guys decided to read my book. When I started writing this, I thought no one was ever going to read it. But then I saw that people were getting invested in it and I was like, "... Why?" But anyway, got a good chapter here, and I hope you guys love it. Let's go!!!

~ Flashback ~

A young Langara run up to a young Chuluun in a giggling fit as she looked up at her with innocent and joyful eyes. "Lulu! Come on, play with me!" She demanded childishly. "Not now, Langa. I'll play later." Chuluun chuckled at her little sister, keeping her eyes closed to get back to her nap.

Langara smirked as she unleashed her secret weapon against her older sister.

"... Do you wanna build a snowman?"

Without hesitation, and against her desire for a nap, Chuluun opened a single eye as her smile grew to a grin. She could never resist her little sister whenever she asked that one question.

~ Present time ~

Langara since walking away from her, and Dali found herself distraught by the thought of her beloved hurting. But she couldn't find it in herself to build up the courage to try and find her.

Another thing that was bothering everyone, especially Kion, was that Alice had been acting differently lately. For some reason, she seemed more confident, bold, and a lot more sure of herself. You'd think that was a good thing, yet Kion felt that something wasn't right. But when he had tried to ask her about this sudden change, she had only smiled and told him that she had everything under control. But... nothing felt under control anymore. It was like their family was... broken. Everything felt like things were going wrong around every corner with no way of finding a solution. Langara believed that there was a solution to one problem at least, however. She believed that she could find out what's been happening to her if she gets her heart back. But... how could she when her team hated her?

The Snow Leopard cub figured that she'd just have to do it herself. The only thing driving her to do this was the hope that she'd be able to cure whatever it was that Hex had done to her so that she could get her friends back. And maybe get Chuluun to forgive her for everything she had said to her. So... she decided to strike. Langara crouched behind the cover of some tall grass as she observed Makucha and the other predators. They were all discussing their next plan on how to get to the Tree of Life. Her eyes were trained on the Red Queen, however, as she watched the Wolf levitate Langara's heart with her magic. Red looked at it with interest and contemplation that made Langara think that she was thinking up something sinister involving it.

This wasn't the case, however. Red was trying to sense whatever magic it was that Hex had placed within Langara's heart to cure it. She hated what happened to Langara... it should never have happened. Ice was slowly covering the cub's heart, which increased the cold and emptiness that she was feeling from the heart. 'If Langara would've still had her heart, she'd slowly lose all feelings of love, happiness, and hope. Leaving only bitterness, regret, betrayal, and anger she held deep down for her older sister.' Red thought to herself. Langara knew she needed to act fast and silently if she was going to succeed, so she began creating a small blizzard only in this area. The snow blowing in the wind would make her practically invisible, allowing her to quickly sneak over to the alert predators. Taking a deep breath, she started to cast the spell. Making the blizzard slightly worse, she approached the Red Queen silently before pouncing at her and pinning her on her stomach. Langara then blasted ice on all of the Wolf's paws to keep her from moving before running for her heart and gently held it in her jaws and ran away toward the Tree of Life.
