Hello, my lovelies!!! It's been way too long since I last updated, and apologize greatly for that. But I'm getting back to it and coming out with a fluffy chapter for you guys. Enjoy!!!

A day or two passed after the Witches Coven had come together as friends once again, and everything returned to a semblance of normalcy. However, they were currently missing one a certain Green Lioness that was connected to nature. "Hey, Mau? Where's your girl at? Isn't she usually tied at your hips?" Troy asked, having been hanging out with Giza and the others.

"I'm not sure. She left earlier this morning," Maua answered with a shake of her head. "Did she say where she was going?" Langara asked her curiously. The brown-eyed Hyena witch once again shook her head in the negative. "Aren't you both connected to nature? So shouldn't you be able to find her?" Fehda asked as she thought aloud. "Ohh... right!" Maua realized. The brown-eyed Hyena closed her eyes and focused on her connection to both Via and their connection to nature, which included their connection to each other. "... She's... At the Tree of Life. I wonder why she didn't tell me why she was there." Maua said to both herself and her friends. "Let's go see her!" Snow chirped. "Yeah, let's go!" Langara told them, and everybody followed the white-furred Snow Leopard cub. While they were on their way, Via was at the Tree of Life as Makini was continuing to paint the Lioness cub's face as she had asked her to. "Via, you still haven't told me why I'm doing this. Or why you wanted me to paint your face as a really pretty skeleton." The female mandrill chuckled as she continued her work.

"It's for a... celebration I used to do with mi familia. It's called Dia de Los Muertos." Via explained to the female mandrill. "Ooh, a celebration?! That's sounds so exciting!" Makini exclaimed despite not knowing what Via had said. She finished up the paint rather quickly, right as the Coven and Troy showed up to see her and Via together. "V? What are doing here? Is something wrong?" Maua asked her girlfriend. "No, I just asked Makini to do a quick makeover on me," Via told her hyena. Everyone then saw the makeover that Makini had done for Via and looked at her in surprise. Via's face looked like a festive skeleton with her trademark red and green colors adding to the look. She also had a few small flowers on her right cheek to make the makeover even more festive. "Ooh, you look so pretty! But... why are you having your face dressed like that?" Snow asked curiously. "Well, it's for a celebration that me and my family used to celebrate every year. It's called 'Dia De Los Muertos.'" Via explained to them. Maua took her time in thinking of the translation, still getting used to speaking a new language to her. "Day... Dead... Oh! That means 'Day of the Dead', right?" The Hyena asked her girlfriend.

"Right. It's to celebrate all those loved ones who have passed away, and we have a huge party to celebrate," Via explained to her friends. "That sounds fun! Can we celebrate too?" Dali asked with a tail wag. "Of course. Dia De Los Muertos is for everyone. Especially the dead... It also serves as a way of always remembering our friends and family who are no longer with us... Do you know when someone truly dies? When someone takes their life? When they die of old age? Or when they get sick? No. The only way to truly die... is to be forgotten." Via told them, looking away as though she were thinking about something. "I never thought about it like that..." Makini said softly with a thoughtful expression. Via then shook her head and then smiled at her friends. "Anyway. Who wants a makeover?" She asked them enthusiastically. "I DO!" Troy immediately yelled, before he snapped his maw shut and blushed in embarrassment. "We can get matching makeovers!" Giza squealed and dragged Troy over to Makini. "I don't think it should be matching, Giza. I... I don't... I don't wanna take away from your already angelic beauty." Troy tried to mutter that last part to himself, but Giza still heard him. "Aww, come on... please?" Giza blinked cutely.

"... Okay. I can't really say no to that face." Troy relented, though not really regretting it. Giza squealed and let Makini get to work while the others went outside. "... A way of remembering our loved one who have passed... Snow? Do you think Mama would let us celebrate today in remembrance of our birth parents?" Fehda asked her twin. "Sure. Let's go ask her!" Snow nodded. Fehda nodded her head and opened one of her dark portals and they both jumped into it and came out on the other side to their home. Alice and Kion were giving the Twins' younger siblings a bath. The Wolf Princess worked on cleaning all her sons while Kion cleaned their daughter. "Wow, you two have your work cut out for you," Snow giggled as she and her twin approached. "Mama? Have you heard of Dia de Los Muertos?" The white-furred lioness cub. "The Day of the Dead? Of course I have. Why?" Alice asked her eldest daughters, and then continued cleaning Jax, Spade, and Thorn. "Well... Via told us about it and... we were hoping to celebrate it in remembrance of our birth parents. We wondered if it was okay," Fehda said hesitantly. "Of course it's okay. Why wouldn't it be?" Alice answered, looking like she was surprised that they felt like they had to ask her.
