Hello again, everyone! Weeeeeee're baaaaack! This one is gonna be good. 12112685a and I aren't going to spoil it, so it's time to read. Enjoy!

Alice was peacefully sleeping in the den on another fine morning in their temporary home. As she softly snored, Fehda and Snow tried to wake her up by shaking her and jumping on her face. Snow tried to open up her eyelids while Fehda pulled at her left ear with her teeth.

"Mamaaaa. It's time to get up." Snow said to her Wolf mother. "Yeah. You slept for most of yesterday. You can't sleep forever." Fehda added after her twin. Alice shuffled a little as she curled up into Kion, who chuckled to himself. "Ally. Your daughters want you to get up. Alice groaned as she kept her eyes closed to avoid getting up. "It's morning. They're YOUR daughters during that time." She replied, trying to get some more sleep. Unfortunately for her, her unborn children wanted Alice to get up as well.

"All right, all right... I'm up. Bloody hell, these pups, and cubs sure are anxious," Alice groaned sleepily, yawning and stretching her muscles. Kion chuckled to himself before calming down due to a glare from his future wife. "Well, they want to spend time with you. You have been sleeping more and more lately. They know it's due to the pregnancy, but... well, you know." He said, giving her a different perspective. "... You're right," Alice replied with a smile directed towards her mate. "So? What do you wanna do today, Mama?" Fehda asked her Wolf mother. "Well, I did promise Rani that she and I would spend some time together to talk. Would you and your sister like to join us?" Alice asked her daughters. "Okay!" Both cubs agreed with a cheer.

Alice nodded back at them before turning to her future husband. "And what will you be doing? You could join us, you know? Make this a bit more of a family thing." She said softly, placing a paw on one of his. "Please, Papa?" Snow begged her father, wanting to spend time with her adoptive parents. "... Well, I guess I-" Kion started to say.

"Kion! Kion!" Called Ono as he flew into the den hastily and interrupted the Lion Prince.

"Hi, Ono!" Fehda greeted the Egret as she waved a paw at him. "H-Hello, Fehda. Kion, it's Makucha and his gang. They're here! And they're trying to get to the Tree of Life!" Ono warned the Lion Prince. "Get the rest of the Guard. I'm on my way!" Kion commanded his friend urgently. Ono nodded his head before flying off to alert the Guard and Coven. Kion heard his daughters groan in disappointment at their father leaving, knowing that they wanted to hang out with him. "I'm sorry, girls. I promise I'll be back as fast as I can." Kion said to his cubs, nuzzling them before giving Alice a quick kiss and running off. Alice sighed as he left but knew he had to do his job. "Alright, little darlings. Follow me." She ushered her cubs to follow as she walked out of the den. She walked slowly as her protruding belly caused her movements to decrease in speed and strength.

Her unborn cubs were growing inside of her faster than normal due to Alice's supernatural nature, making her think about how fast approaching their birth is going to be. Alice's thoughts were interrupted when her daughter, Snow, spoke up to her. "... Do you think that Rani will wanna see us practice our powers, Mama?" She asked her Wolf mother curiously. "Well, that's what Rani wanted to hang out and talk to me about. She wanted to know if it was okay with you two if you could demonstrate what you can do." Alice explained to her cubs as they walked through the Living Forest. "Oh. I guess we could do that," Fehda replied, looking down at her paws as she thought about the brown-furred Lioness. "And... she isn't as bad as I thought she was."

Alice looked back at her silver-furred cub as she could feel some confusion within Fehda's heart and could guess what she was thinking about. "I know you're still critical of her, sweetheart, but give her a chance. She might surprise you as she did me." She advised her daughter in a soft and comforting voice. "Well... okay," Fehda acknowledged with a smile and received one back.
