Hello, everyone. 12112685a and I are back at it again with another chapter for you all. Please give my Co-Author and I some love, we would really appreciate that. Now, without further ado, I hope you guys enjoy. Little bit of a warning, this is gonna be a really long chapter.

The Lion Guard and newly named "Witches Coven" trudged through the snowy forest close to the mountains. Alice and Kion stuck close to Fehda and Snow as a way of keeping the twin cubs warm. They hadn't yet told them that they were adopting them just yet. Just like the Twins hadn't said anything about hearing the Wolf and Lion couple wanting to become their new parents. But all would be talked about in good time. For now, Kion was leading them all to their destination, and had to stop near a frozen lake.

Interested, Bunga stepped onto the lake, and was awed by it. "Guys, look! Hard water!" He exclaimed excitedly. "The water's not hard. It's just frozen." Langara told the Honey Badger. "I see a lot of it back home on the mountains." She commented. "Yeah, it's ice. It must be so cold that the lake froze over." Ono pointed out to his friend. "Hmm... looks too big to walk around.... it would take forever! So I think our best bet is to go across." Dali suggested, looking across the lake. "But.... is it safe?" Maua asked, tilting her head.

Bunga then proceeds to skate on the ice, doing a spin to turn towards his friends. "It's safe. And fun! C'mon, Mau! You gotta try this!" He yelled to his little sister. "All right then..... Twende Epensi!" Maua shouted as she leapt onto the ice, landing on her belly. She carefully got up, and began skating around Bunga, squealing as she did so. "Okay.... it is kinda fun. And safe!" She said with a squeal.

Langara was going to lead her team across the lake, but she remembered that Kion was still in charge. "Kion? I may be the leader of my team, but you're still leader out of us all. What do you think?" She asked, looking to the Lion Prince. Kion was going to ask Alice if she deemed it safe, but took note of her drooping ears and the worry in her eyes. "Ally,..... are you okay?" He asked his mate.

"Huh? Oh. I'm fine, it's just..... I feel it's safe to cross, but..... an instinct inside me is just making me cautious since..... you know." Alice tried to explain to him, glancing at their cubs. "Oh.... right." Kion said, starting to feel the same way. He then looked to the young Snow Leopard witch, and spoke to her. "Langara? Think you can use your magic to try and make the ice stronger?" He asked her. "I can sure try." Langara replied with a nod.

She then walked up to the lake, and placed both of her paws onto the ice. Her eyes glowed an icy blue, and let ice spread from the bottom of her paws, and towards the entire lake. When she was finished, she took a step back and looked to Kion. "That make you feel a little better, Ally?" Kion asked his Wolf. "A little. Thanks." Alice answered with a small smile. "Good. But just in case, I'll go first." Kion said to her.

"Be careful not to slip, Kion." Maua warned him. Kion nodded his head at the Hyena pup, and took a step onto the lake. He almost slipped and lost his balance, but regained it. "C'mon guys." He beckoned everyone forward. Everyone followed him, and Makini slipped a few times on the ice.

"Whoa... it's slipperyyy!!!" She giggled, before pushing herself along with her staff. "And kinda fun!" She commented. "Is it?" Giza hopped off from her perch on top of Beshte's back, but fell face first on the ice, before flapping her wings. "You know....? I think I'll stick to trying to fly." She groaned. "Aww, what's the matter? Does the wittle kitty have a slight fear of fwozen water? Aww." Dali teased the Winged Jaguar.

Langara thought about joining the Silver Vixen kit in teasing their friend, but decided to let the kit dig her own grave. Giza only smirked, and with the swish of her paw, Dali was sent flying onto Beshte's back. Dali hopped off, and playfully glared at Giza. "Why you little-" She was going to say, but was cut off by a cracking sound coming from underneath Beshte. "Uh... guys?! The ice is cracking!" Dali shouted, panicking.
