I'm back at it again with another chapter for you guys. This chapter will once again focus on Raven, David, and Jasiri. So without further ado. Get ready for a VERY long chapter, everybody.

Nighttime in the Pride Lands is much more peaceful than the daytime. At least it is for David. The young tribid was staring at the moon in Wolf form, not moving an inch, except for his tail brushing the ground.

He currently stood at the very top of Pride Rock, thinking. What was he thinking about, one might ask? His relationship with a certain Hyena girl. The very thought of her was enough to make his insides all warm and thought of her smile made him go crazy. Listening to her smart comebacks had him laughing endlessly. Everything about her set feelings of love and adoration for Wema.

But there was one thing that disturbed him though. And that was Wema's brother, Tunu. He didn't dislike the male Hyena in the slightest. But Tunu seemed to dislike him, for a reason David didn't even know. Whenever their paths crossed, Tunu would either say something to him that would bring his mood down, or look at him like he did something wrong. Did he do something wrong?

"Would you stop with all the conflicting emotions? You're gonna give me a headache." Came Raven's voice. David turned around to see the Dark Lioness walking up to him, an expression of annoyance on her face. "Isn't your power empathy, not telepathy?" He asked her. "Yes it is, smartass. Now what's on your mind that's got your emotions acting up? I could feel it all the way from the Outlands." Raven joked. David thought about telling her that he was fine, but decided that it would be better to have a second voice.

"I'm thinking about my relationship with Wema. And a problem with her brother." He answered truthfully. "Ah. See, that is exactly why I'm steering clear of love. At least, for right now." Raven said, mumbling that last part. "But, didn't you realize that you were in love with Janja not too long ago?" David asked, confused by what the Lioness witch had said. Raven then playfully shoved at David. "Hey, stay out of my head." She told him. "Sorry. Can't help myself sometimes. It also doesn't help your case, when you constantly think about him." David sassed.

Raven blushed at what he said, but shook it off. "We're talkin' about you, not me. What's the problem?" She asked the Wolf boy. "Well, I love Wema. I have for a really long time now. And I wanna tell her, but not only am I worried about how she'll think of me, I'm also worried about what her brother will think of me. He doesn't exactly like me." David explained to the Dark Lioness. "Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that how brothers are supposed to be? Aren't they supposed to dislike their sisters boyfriend?" Raven asked the Wolf boy.

"I liked Kion when Alice told me and my parents." David argued. "I guess that doesn't include everyone." Raven mumbled to herself. She then shook her head, and went back to talking to David. "Anyway, you want my advice? If someone had a problem with me, I'd try to get to the root of the problem by asking them. And if they didn't feel like answering, then I'd give them no choice." Raven suggested. David thought about what she said for a moment. He was so deep in thought, that he had accidentally spoke to Raven telepathically. 'Thanks, Raven.' He said.

'Uhh, don't mention it.' She thought to herself. She then disappeared in a cloud of grey smoke, leaving the Wolf boy to think about his situation.

~The next day~

The sun had risen to signify a new day, and all the animals of the land had started their daily routines. For David, he had immediately made his way for the Outlands.

He zoomed through the Pride Lands at Vampire speed, crossing the border that separated it from the Outlands. He ran through the twists and turns, until he finally made it to the Hyena's territory. He flashed from hyena to hyena, asking to find the one he was looking for. He then bumped into Cameron, and apologized. "What's the rush, little Prince?" Cameron asked in his usual monotone. "I'm just looking for- Oh! I found them. Thanks!" David said quickly, and zoomed off. Cameron blinked for a few seconds, and then shrugged. He then walked off to find a place to have some peace and quiet.
