Chapter 23: Memories

Yeonjun's POV:

It was already 6 in the evening and the other members are playing outside, meanwhile I was too busy being occupied by my thoughts while I am sitting at first floor's balcony, Hyunjin said that he likes Ryujin, I was actually expecting it but I didn't know that I would be shocked by it.

Somehow, I don't feel annoyed by Hyunjin anymore, he's just another innocent and dramatic kid, like how he's teasing Minho hyung right now and when hyung got annoyed he ran away just to save his life, psh Hyunjin loves to live near the edge.

"Yeonjun-ah?"

That soft voice who called me instantly brightened up my mood, I glanced at the person who just sat beside me and she just woke up her eyes were half closed and her hair was a total messed, she even yawned a few times and she let her head drop to the table in front of us which she regretted later on.

"Ouch!"

She winced while I couldn't contain my laughter while she gently caressed her forehead that now has a red mark.

"Stop laughing"

She snorted while I ruffled her already so messy hair which she didn't mind, the two just watched the others who were having fun at the wide yard in front of them, Chan hyung, Soobin and Yeji were watching over the kids while talking and laughing. Lia, Taehyun and Seungmin were having a high note battle and when someone gets out of tune, they would laugh out loud. Chaeryeong, Beomgyu, Minho hyung and Felix were just sitting on the side dissing each other. Changbin, Hyunjin and Jisung were having the best moment of their life pestering the others. Kai, Yuna and Jeongin were surrounded by a bunch of food that the elder gave them.

"Thank you for inviting us Ryujin-ah"

I said while I kept my eyes at the people, it was fun, just staying here spending time and getting to know each other without being stressed, it was just pure healing.

"I should thank you guys for filling this house with happy memories that I can remember"

The way she smiles just hits differently, how can someone be so cute and pretty at the same time? How can her simple smile make my heart flutter? How can Ryujin be so perfect without her trying? I was busy admiring her when a sudden playful smile curved on her lips and she glanced at me.

"Want to play some video games? 1v1?"

She seems to be excited by her sudden idea and seeing her reaction made me smile, how could I say no when she's like this?

"No, I don't want to"

I said in a teasing manner and in an instant her mood dropped and she pouted like a kid, I really like her reaction when she's sulking like a kid, she rolled her eyes and she looked away but this time it was my turn to frown.
