this was requested. btw....some of y'all in my comments are truly hilarious. then there's other of you who have me somewhat concerned for your mental health (im just as bad).

Warnings: mentions of body image, eating struggles, and poor self esteem.

Diego was never one to push you to do anything. Sure he always roped you into his antics, but if you said no he respected that. Your sex life was active but you always felt bad afterwards. He was always so caring and attentive to you and you loved it, but sometimes you felt like he didn't like your body.

His ex girlfriend, Patch, was everything. She was nice, caring, very smart, cunning, and had a great body. You felt like you were nothing compared to her. Diego never made you feel that way or ever mentioned her to you, however you always had a feeling he sometimes wished you were her.

You ate whatever you wanted, she watched what she ate. You didn't hardly work out, she worked out all the time. She was a great fighter, you couldn't hardly fight. Everything you could do or be, she was better. You always knew she'd be better and it really bothered you. It was something you were struggling with.

Diego was very fit and took care of his body. You took care of yourself but not as hardcore as he did. Even being with him made you feel insecure because you knew he could have someone to match his image, yet he chose you. You felt like a downgrade compared to any other girl he could possibly want.

Diego told you all the time how beautiful he thought you were, but recently you felt like he doesn't mean it. Your weight was starting to really upset you. No you weren't over weight, but you weren't skinny either. You were stuck somewhere in between and you hated it. You hated how uneven your body proportions were and it made your self esteem drop.

"Oh, hey Y/N. Diego didn't mention you were here." Vanya said, walking past Diego's room.

You two had stopped by real quick so Diego could grab some of his things. You thought it'd be a quick few minutes but he disappeared 10 minutes ago leaving you alone in his room.

"We were only supposed to be here for a few minutes, I don't know where he went." You replied, shrugging your shoulders.

Vanya nodded, "I don't want to pry but, are you okay lately?"

You raised an eyebrow, "What do you mean?"

"Well...You just seem sad a lot and I've noticed you're acting as though food is the enemy." Vanya timidly replied.

You shifted on the bed, "I'm okay."

Vanya studied you, "Are you sure? I'm here if you need an ear to talk to."

Vanya was like the sibling you've always wanted. You two talked a lot and got along very well. You knew you could talk to Vanya about anything and not be judged. Truly they were a great friend to have come into your life.

You nodded, "Thank you."

Vanya left you and you started to panic. If they noticed surely Diego's other siblings noticed, too. If they noticed then that would mean Diego noticed. You started to internally freak out and knew you had to get out. You bolted out of the room to Five's bedroom to go out the fire escape.

"Um...What're you doing?" Five asked, looking up from his book when you ran in.

"U-Uh...Nothing..." You shakily replied, going to his window.

You heard his book close, "Are you okay?"

"I really wish people would stop asking me that." You replied, opening the window.
