13. Finally together ~

Fred's pov:
The gala had ended at 11:30pm and most people were already in their dorms by then

The group and I went back to the common room around 11pm as most of the girls were knocked out, y/n slowly following along with them

Once I had noticed her slightly asleep state, I picked her up and carried her back to her dorm

I sat her down on the bed as I took some makeup wipes from her drawer and gently removed her make up

"I'm not going to take your dress off but I'm gonna go get a sweater that you can throw over" I whisper as I leave the dorm and come back with one of my knitted sweaters my mum gave me for christmas

I tuck her into bed, before pecking her forehead lightly and leaving her dorm

'I hope it goes well tomorrow' I think to myself

Y/n's pov:
I woke up in my bed, still with my dress on but a knitted jumper with the letter 'F' on the front was covering me, letting me know who it belongs to

I slip out of my dress and put on some comfortable clothes before throwing the knitted jumper back on and closing the door to let the 3 girls continue to sleep

I head down to the great hall for some breakfast, sitting down by myself on one of the tables reading a pamphlet that was lying around when a figure sits next to me

I look over expecting to see one of my friends but instead, I see Madam Pomfrey

"Good morning dear, late night?" she questions

"Yeah I enjoyed the gala though, it was a nice way to end the term" I say smiling at her

"Hm mhm, you and Mr Weasley looked very comfortable when you were dancing together" She says as she pulled out a moving photo

"I took this when you and him were dancing to one of the slow songs, it was too cute to not take a picture" She says as she hands me the photo

"Oh thank you Madam Pomfrey" I say as I flash her a warm smile

"Don't worry dear and you can call me Poppy, Madam Pomfrey makes me feel old" She says as she stands up and walks away but not before giving me a smile

Angelina walks up to me and says "Cute sweater you got on there" as she winks at me

"You too" I say as I notice she's wearing the same styled sweater but with a 'G'

"So what are your plans for the upcoming holidays?" She says as she eats her porridge

"I'm probably staying home for most of the time, Dad said he has something to tell me but I have to wait till I get home to know" I say to her

Noticing that neither the girls or boys have come down to join us, I ask Angelina

"Hey where is everyone?" I say making her eyes slightly go wide

"Uhh they're probably still in bed you know, since they probably had a late night" she says with a slight nervous tone

I look at her confused before dismissing it as she's probably right

What y/n didn't know was that the rest of the group had actually gone down to Hogsmeade and Diagonally to get some supplies but you don't need to know what for just yet ;)

After an hour or so, the group returns to the great hall for breakfast even though it's quite late in the day

I tell them I'm gonna go to the library as I'd like to do some quiet reading
