Small chapter. (:

"I would really like that." I respond to Hayes. He picks me up and spins me around. I laugh. He sets me down and kisses me. "Cormac I really like you." I say looking into his eyes. "I really like you to." He says. We walk downstairs and go sit in the living room. Cormacs ribs are still very bruised and he looks like he's in pain. Richard and Amelia told him he needs to take it easy but after today, he was doing very good at following their directions. "How old are your kids?" He asks. I smile thinking of them. My kids are my everything. "Zola is 10, Bailey is 7, and Ellis is 5. How old are your boys?" He smiled "I miss having kids that age and babies. I love babies. My boys are 17, and 15." He replies. I smiled at him and say "I love babies too, I would like maybe 2 more but I'm getting close to the age where I can't have babies anymore." He nods and says "why did you and Derek adopt zola?" I froze for a minute because we didn't really talk about our late spouses. Both cormac and I had a hard time talking about them. "I was told I had a hostile uterus and couldn't have children but wanted them so bad so Derek and I adopted Zola. There's a longer story to her adoption, we had some problems I may have stolen her but at the end of the day I got her. Sorry I pretty much told you her whole life story." I say answering his question and a little more. He looks at me surprised. "Hold on- you stole a child? Meredith you didn't tell me her whole life story she is 10 and I could listen to you talk all day" I laughed. "Well yes and no. Technically I never left the hospital- okay so zola was part of Alex's Africa program thing and Derek and I tried to adopt her but we got in a fight so the adoption place didn't think we would good parents and so I took Zola so that they couldn't and I took her to the basement. Zola and I stayed in the basement for hours untill I came up with a plan." Cormac laughed and said "you must really love her." He said. I got up and walked over to him kissing him a little then laying down putting my head on his lap. "More than anything, even Derek." I said. "I feel the same way with the boys. So you already met my kids but when can I meet yours?" Cormac asked. I like cormac more than any other person I've been with except Derek of course but I have a rule. "Well cormac I have a rule with my kids, because i love them more than anything I wait at least 1 month before I let a new boyfriend meet them." He nods "I like that rule." I smile. It was getting late and I was getting hungry. It was 5:27.

CORMAC'S POV////

"Are you hungry? We could order a pizza or something." I ask Meredith and I played with her hair. "Uhh sure." She replies. "What kind of pizza do you like?" I didn't care what kind we got so I asked her. "It's up to you." She says smiling. She's just trying to be nice. I ask "do you like cheese?" She sits up and sits on my lap. "Sure." She says and she leans in to kiss me. I still don't have a shirt on and I'm only in my grey sweatpants. Meredith still has on my green sweatshirt and black leggings. "Mmm" I say kissing her then pulling away for a minute. "We could order pizza and I have some wine in the fridge." Meredith nods "sounds good but first I want to order a kiss." I grin and kiss her again. Then I get up to call the pizza place. "They said they will be ready in 20. There delivery car is broken so we have to go get it." I say walking back into the living room. "Okay that's fine. We should leave soon because they're about 10 minutes away." I smile. " yeah just let me throw on a shirt real quick and we can get going." I reply. "Aww do you have to?? You can't just go like that? It's hot." Meredith says in an almost baby voice. I laugh "no I cannot go like this but when we get back I can take it off." I say running up the stairs. "When we get back you could take off you pants too." Meredith yelled because I was upstairs. "Uhh huh" I say.

MEREDITH'S POV:///

We walk outside cormac walks me to the passengers door opens it and waits for me to get in before he closes the door and walks over to the drivers side. He gets in and backs out of the driveway taking a right. He put in the radio and it's the song he loves "real life" he's singing it under his breath as he placed his hand on my thigh. My inner thigh. He slowly moved his hand closer to my center. Then the song changed. I gasp it's my favorite song. Cormac turns it up.

I start singing it the second it comes on. Hayes turns and looks at me. "You know this?" I smile "of course it's my absolute favorite." We look at each other. We come up to a stop light and my favorite part comes on. Cormac is looking at me as he is singing but i feel like he is sing to me.

I almost start crying because he's just so perfect. I start singing with him,

We start driving again, but Cormac takes his eyes off the road and looks right in mine as he sings this next part

at this point Cormac and I are screaming the song he's looking at the road again but passes the pizza place so we have to turn around.

We are screaming the lyrics like teenagers. I can't help but smile. "This is one of our songs." Cormac says smiling pulling me in for a kiss.
