The Day Before Tomorrow

Mag's:
Okay I'll take her to the rental house then. I guess cor where do you want us to go?

Yeah that's fine just take her and the kids to the house I guess.

"Okay they are all going to the house." I say to Richard. It's kind of weird because we're just standing in the bathroom. "Okay let's go." He replies. "What I need to go over the plan one more time." I say. I was mad and nervous and he could tell. "We are going to go to a jewelry store. You're going to buy Meredith a bracelet or necklace put it in the ring box and buy a new box for the ring. That way she will just think the box was the bracelet. There's no way she saw inside the box because it wasn't facing her." Richard states. "Got it. Thank you so much for all of this." I reply. "You're welcome. We need to give them a minute to leave and then we can go." He responds.

I saw Ellis holding a small box. I couldn't see what was inside. Was cormac going to propose? I love cormac but I don't know, I don't know if I'm ready. I'm not going to think about it too much maybe it isn't what I think. Cormac had run into the bathroom as I started to walk back over to him. He had been in there for a while but I had a feeling he was just taking a breath or something. "Cor says to go to the house." Maggie says grabbing her bag and Ellis's hand "okay that's fine with me." I say. We get into 3 different rental cars Austin goes with Amelia Zola and Maggie go in a car and I take Ellis. We rented three houses next to each other. One for Amelia and Maggie, one for Cormac the kids and I, and then Richard has one. The houses are beautiful and big. The back yards are sand, we are on the beach. The kids get out and go straight in the house to run around and explore. "Take your shoes off and do not go in the water." I yell. "Austin you're in charge." Then I walk over to Maggie. "What's up with Cormac? You're talking to him and obviously know more than me." I ask. "Nothing he's just doing something. Hey I need to go grab something, I'll be back soon." Maggie response as she gets in her car. "Oh- okay?" I say questioning where she's going. Maggie pulls out of the drive way. Amelia just looks at me "do you know if Cory is okay?" I ask "Meredith I promise which I do not do, he is fine. You are fine. And you will all be fine. Breath and relax. Now what did you pack I may need to steal something for tomorrow." Amelia assures me. "Come on I'll show you but I'm wearing the blue dress." I reply. "Oh my god I love that one." Amelia says back.

I get to the jewelry store and get out of the car that Richard was driving. He was the one who was renting it so the rental place said I couldn't drive. I walk in and pick out a bracelet it's silver and matches her ring perfectly. "I need a ring box. See my girlfriend saw this one so I'm trying to trick her to keep it a secret. I'm putting the bracelet in the ring box I already have and I'm putting the ring in a new box. Do you have one that isn't black?" I ask the girl behind the counter. "That's extremely smart, yes I have a baby blue, red, or grey." She replies. "Can I please see the baby blue?" I ask. "Of course." She pulls out a baby blue box and it the same color of the dress Meredith is wearing in Alex's wedding pictures. "This one is perfect, can I buy this and that bracelet please?" I say. She bags everything up and I walk out. Maggie is in the parking lot. "You are a life savior. Thank you so much, both of you." I say. "Yeah yeah yeah, what did you buy?" Maggie says handing me the ring. "Here but be careful." I give her the bracelet. I take the ring, it's on a little pillow thing. I carefully pull it out and place it in the other box. I then slide the box into my pocket. "No! Give it to me. Meredith is going to want to kiss you and hug you the minute she sees you. I'll hold it." Richard bosses. His hand is out flat in front of me. I hesitate. "No.." he interrupts me "Cormac Oliver Hayes! I have done this three times, give me the ring." He says. I give him the ring and then take the bracelet from Maggie. "It matches so well. She'll love it." Maggie smiles as she hands me the bracelet. "I hope she does." I place the bracelet around the pillow and then place that box in my pocket. "I guess where about to see." I say as we all get in our cars. My phone goes off.

Meals:
Mer is wearing the blue dress tomorrow so wear a blue tie or something.

Amelia is in my phone as meals because that's what I call her. I call Maggie Mags and Amelia Meals. We get to the house, it was like a fifteen minute drive. "Are you ready?" Richard asks before we get out "no I'm nervous." I reply "Cormac it's a bracelet, it's not the ring. You can't be this nervous tomorrow." Richard says turning his head to look at me. "I know. I know. Oh god, what if she says no tomorrow?" I ask. "Cormac Hayes. Meredith loves you. I haven't seen her like this since Derek. She loves you, she really loves you. She will say yes. Stop second guessing yourself." Richard replies. "Okay I'm going to do it." He smiles then nods and we get out. I can hear Ellis yelling in the backyard so I walk to it. "Hey." I say Meredith runs up to me and jumps into my arms. I'm holding her with her legs wrapped around my hips. "Are you okay?" She asks worried. "I'm okay babe." I reply. "I love you." She says kind of scared. "I know, I love you too I always will." I respond. Then I put her down. "Daddy!" Ellis yells. I kneel down in the sand "hey baby girl." I say as she runs into my arms to hug me. I look up at Meredith and see her hand is on her stomach. My jaw drops. "N-n-no way." I say

I had time to give you guy's another update today, I have a long day tomorrow so the update will probably be later. What is happening with Meredith? Who knows about it? How do you feel about Ellis calling cormac daddy and him calling her baby girl?
