"You choose a cafe to meet me instead of a good restaurant." Arman...
"There you go," Arman placed the sandwich right under her nose and took a seat next to her, placing his arm around her chair.
Muttering a thank you she began snacking on the delicious cheesy goodies.
Arman nodded to Zaigham, "I thought you were not going to come in today."
"I was not going to." He agreed. "but then I realise that my siblings were going to be home. I had to come in."
Alia scoffed. "I know that feeling."
"Anyway," Zaigham smiled looking at her and then turned his attention to Armaan, "We are graduating this year what are your plans after that?" He glanced at Alia making shoulder Armaan understood the context of his question.
Armaan glanced at her as well. Alia was on her phone and did not realise the conversation taking place as the noise from the cafeteria was enough to keep her attention focused on mobile and nowhere else.
"I might do my MBA from here." He then winced, "Might. I am not sure."
"I think she would understand if you choose to make sure that your future is going on the right path." Zaigham shrugged his shoulders. "I mean want her parents to appreciate it more if you have a stable job, good income and house? I think every girl's father wants her to have stability. My parents were talking about it yesterday."
Armaan stared at her and nodded. We would love to provide you with everything but the question was, could he trust her when he was away? How was he supposed to trust her and make sure that she would stay loyal to him no matter what?
He would have to keep a close eye on her.
He nodded to himself. He would have too.

They were sitting in the parking lot and were ready to leave. All Aliya hat do now was put on her leather gloves and a helmet. She had already worn her jacket.
"Hey," Arman took her leather cladded hand in his, "I want to talk to you about something."
She nodded urging him to go further. "Do you know that this is my last semester in the college of my masters?" She nodded a hesitantly not sure where this conversation was going. "The thing is, I won't be here while you would be for the next two years or if you decide to pursue your post-graduation and I wanted to ask you what you think of it?"
Alia rose her eyebrows a little. What did she think of it?
To be honest nothing. How was that supposed to be a problem?
"Nothing." She answered in all honesty. "To be honest it would just be like a little long-distance relationship that we would be together." She tried to explain her point a bit.
"So you don't have any problems with it?" He looked shocked to her, "like no problem with me being away from you for hours at a stretch?"
"Arman, we are just together for merely 2 to 3 hours a day anyway. We have our classes then we go back to our homes and we come here and meet each other again. It is going to be like that but after this it would be that we won't have time to see each other day after day and that is exactly when the maturity of our relationship would be tested." I hope that you understand what I'm trying to say, she prayed in her mind.
He didn't answer instead he continued to look at her with his eyes widened a little. He was at a loss for words. There was no way that he had managed to score a woman like this. He had to go to the temple and donate a ton of money or maybe he could just buy clothes and tell his mum to distribute among the less fortunate.
He had to go and tell his mother about that she would know better what to do. He had never felt so grateful. "Fuck I think I love you." He blurted out with all smiles on his face. "It's like you are unreal."
Alia's eyes widened on the spot when he said that. She started laughing out loud and covered her mouth as a snot came out knowing that she was not looking pretty when she was laughing like a hyena.
"Shit Arman," she wheezed out, "that was unexpected."
He smiled as she laughed. No, it isn't, I do love you. And the maturity you have just make me fall in love with you more.. but that's okay you didn't need to know the word for now.
"All set to go home?" He pointed at her helmet which was dangling around the handle.
"Yes," she sighed. "Sometimes I feel like taking my mother's car in driving to the college but then I remember I cannot drive."
He frowned, "don't you have a driver's licence?"
"No honey I am 17 at the moment." She reminded him. "but don't worry lemme be 18 and get my drivers to licence I would steal your car." She promised with a smile name the common concept of boys loving their car.
He smiled, "you stole my heart. What is my car in front of it?"
"Oh my god!" She groaned as he laughed. "That was so cheesy!"
"Anyway," she shook her head and wore her helmet. "Make sure to keep me happy, otherwise I might find someone else." She winked and drove away.
As if, he scoffed with a smile on his face.
