You were moving in your bed, you couldn't sleep. It's been a while now since your sleep deprive started. You could sleep only a few hours, and that's when you were taking sleeping pills. You decided to go to the kitchen for a glass of water.

It was 3AM, no nobody should show up. You sat on a stool and buried your head in your hands and sighted. Panic gained your body for no specific reasons. Your breathing was so loud and jerky that you didn't heard someone come in.

You suddenly felt a large hand on your shoulder followed by a voice. "Lady Y/N? is everything alright?" You slightly jumped, as your scared gaze met his. You let out a shakily breath. "Thor? What...What are you doing here?"

"Well I heard someone so I thought that I should check you it was. Are you okay? Please tell me what's wrong." You rubbed your temple and the god took your hand, slowly caressing it. "I haven't slept properly in a while now and...and I feel like I'm having a panic attack and I don't know why." You shakily breathed again.

"Hey look at me! Calm down okay? The sun is going down..." You did what he proposed to you, his blue eyes met your e/c ones. He showed a faint smile. "Do you want to come with me and rest a little on the couch?" You nodded and he took your hand in his. He sat first and looked at you. "Do you mind if I take you in my arms?"

You nodded and muttered a small 'thank you'. He kissed your forehead, lingering on the area for a bit. He wrapped his arms around your waist, pulling you closer to him. "Do you feel better darling?" You managed to answer with a little 'yes'. Thor placed his red cape around both of you as a blanket. A small yawn escaped from your mouth, making the god softly chuckles. "Goodnight my lady."

Time skip

You woke up, feeling strong arms wrapped around you. You looked up and saw Thor, both of you were on the couch and you were laying on him. You nuzzled your face in the crook of his neck, not wanting to leave his embrace. The god woke up, and smile, as he tightened his grip around your waist.

"Hello Lady Y/n." Said Thor with a raspy morning voice. "Good morning..." You yawned and rubbed your eyes. "We should go eat something." You proposed. Thor hummed in response. He putted away his cloak and when you were about to get up, the man lifted you.

"You know I can walk right?" Thor laughed and continued to walk towards the kitchen. "I know, but I just want to hold you in my arms." You blushed and placed your hands around his neck to not loose balance.

In the room, you met the confused look of Sam, Bruce and Bucky. Thor friendly greeted them with a big smiled. "Hello everyone!" Said he, putting you on a stool. "Hey lord of thunder." Joked Sam. Bucky rolled his eyes, obviously annoyed by Sam.

"What were you two doing?" Asked the scientist. "Well Lady Y/n had troubles to sleep so I cuddled with her and she actually fell asleep." Answered Thor. You blushed madly as Bucky smirked. "Looks like she finally found a nice teddy bear." Teased Sam.

"Oh shut up Bird Man." You playfully rolled your eyes. "Hey! Show some respect to your elder Y/n!" Said Banner. "Oh come on you're not gonna make fun of me too doc?!" Everyone was laughing except the poor man who was mocked by his friends.

"Anyway, I gotta go, I'm too hurt to stay with you. Hope you had a good night Ms.Odinson..." Said Sam, leaving the room. You were agape. Bucky closed your mouth with his finger and also left. "Watch out Y/n, I don't know if it's Thor's effect on you but you were gonna catch flies at this point." He winked and Bruce decided to follow the rest of the group.

You turned and faced Thor, who were currently shoving a piece of cake in his mouth. You laughed and sipped a glass of orange juice. "Hey I've got a question." You asked. "I'm listening darling." said Thor. "How did you managed to calm me yesterday? People usually struggle to stop my panic attacks." The god grabbed your hand. "You know, I help Banner a lot, I can calm him by singing a lullaby." You nodded and grinned.

M'lady? I would like to ask you something." He looked at you in the eyes. "Yeah I'm listening." He gave your hand a little squeeze. "Well I've been wondering if you would like me to court you. You're an amazing and brave woman, you're also very beautiful and I really like you." You giggled. "I do want you to court me, but I think the common name is more like 'date'."

He got up and lifted you, spinning you around. "I'm really happy that you feel the same way my dear." He happily said. He putted you back on the floor and you pecked his cheek. Thor then cupped your face. "May I kiss your lovely lips?" You kissed him deeply to answer. Your forehead rested on his and you smiled.
