      "I'm home babe!" Said Sam through your shared flat. You smiled when you heard his voice and got up to greet him.

You jumped into his arms and Sam chuckled. "Whoa! Hi there, looks like someone missed me." Said he before kissing your forehead.

"How was your day?" You asked after he placed you back on the floor. "Good how about you?" He replied. "It was great. I did miss you though."

Sam grinned. "Can't stand being without me huh?" You playfully hit his arm. "Somebody calls an ambulance, I think this crazy woman broke my arm!" Joked your boyfriend.

You dramatically gasped. "Crazy? Samuel Wilson you better have a good comeback." You said putting your hands on your hips.

"I said crazy but it's because you're crazy in love with me." He added a wink and you laughed. "Okay okay you got a point." You stepped closer to him and locked eyes with his deep brown ones.

"You're lucky I love you." You said a few inches from his face. "I'm indeed lucky to have you." He whispered before closing the gap between your lips.

Sam wrapped his arms around your waist and pulled you closer to him. You rested your head on his chest, listening to his heartbeat. You chuckled. "Your heart is beating fast."

"It's because it beats for you." He retorted. "Smooth Wilson...Smooth." You replied. "I love you y/n." You smiled. "I love you too."

Suddenly, Sam picked you up. "Hey what are you doing?" You said between laughs. "I have a surprise for you." He replied walking up the stairs.

He gently placed you on the edge of the bed. "Close your eyes." Said he. You did as he instructed and a few seconds later, he sat next to you.

"Okay open them now." He handed you a heavy book with both of your names on it. You looked at him with curious eyes. He simply replied with a soft smile. "Open it."

The book was a photo album of you two. Tears started to form in your eyes as you turned the pages, remembering each memory they held.

You couldn't help but laugh when you saw a picture of Sam kissing you with Bucky in the background looking disgusted. "Good to see you're not arguing with him any more." You said smirking.

Sam chuckled and kissed your cheek. When you turned a page you saw an envelop glued on it with 'And hopefully there's gonna be more pictures' written. "What is it?" You asked. "Open it and you'll see."

You slowly took the paper out and read the card out loud. "If you're reading this, it's because you're the most amazing person I've ever met and you can't imagine how much I love you..." A tear slipped on your cheek.

"If you take a better look (or if you didn't see it already and in that case, my plan failed miserably) there's something else in the envelope but first and I want you to read the message at the bottom of the card."

Sam took your hand and started to caress it with his thumb. "(y/n) (y/m/n) (y/l/n), can I have the honour to be your husband?" Your hands started to shake and you began to cry even more.

Sam cupped your face and took the ring out of the envelope. "Will you marry me?" He asked with tears in the eyes. You nodded and smiled. "Yes, a million time yes!" He slipped the ring on your finger and hugged you tight.

"Gosh I love you..." He said stroking your hair. "I'm gonna be a Wilson." You said wiping your tears. "Hell yeah." Retorted Sam grinning.
