      "I bet the raccoon didn't have to climb a mountain." You said jokingly. "Technically, he's not a raccoon, you know." Retorted Clint. "Whatever. He eats garbage" You replied.

"This place is pretty, we should have go here for our honeymoon." You joked. "Wasn't Tahiti good enough for you?" Replied Clint with a smirk. "Welcome." Said an unfamiliar voice breaking your little moment. You instantly aimed your gun at him.

"Y/n, daughter of Ivan. Clint, son of Edith." Said he. "Who are you?" You asked. "Consider me a guide. To you, and to all who seek the Soul Stone." Replied he. "Oh, good. You tell us where it is. Then we'll be on our way."

"Ah... If only it were that easy." Red Skull led you and the blond man to the cliff. "What you seek lies in front of you... as does what you fear."

"The stone is down there." You said looking at Clint. "For one of you. For the other... In order to take the stone, you must lose that which you love. An everlasting exchange. A soul, for a soul."

Clint sighed and you sat on a log as he glared at the Stonekeeper. "How's it going? Jesus...Maybe he's making this shit up." Said he. "No. I don't think so." You retorted. "Why, 'cause he knows your dad's name?" You looked at him. "You know I didn't. Thanos left here with the stone without his daughter. It's not a coincidence."

"Yeah." Retorted the archer. "Whatever it takes." You said with a faint smile. "Whatever it takes." Replied your lover. You got up. "If we don't get that stone, billions of people stay dead." You said looking at the view.

"Then I guess we both know who it's gotta be." Replied Clint. "I guess we do." Clint held your hand and you reciprocated as you looked at each other. "I'm starting to think we mean different people here, y/n."

"For the last five years I've been trying to do one thing: Get to right here. That's all it's been about. Bringing everybody back." You said. "Oh, don't you get all decent on me now." Retorted Clint. "What, you think I wanna do it? I'm trying to save your life, you idiot."

"Yeah, well, I don't want you to, because I can't lose you. Honey, you know what I've done. You know what I've become." Said he looking into your eyes. "I don't judge people on their worst mistakes."

"Maybe you should." Said he. "You didn't." You retorted. "You're a pain in my ass, you know that?" You chuckled and leaned your head against his. "Maybe that's why you married me." You kissed him.

"Okay. You win." Said Clint smiling as he suddenly knocked you to the ground. "Tell the other I love them."

You tackled Clint. "You tell them yourself." You retorted as you electrocuted him and ran towards the cliff. Clint got up and shoot an explosive arrow that knocked you down. He then ran towards the cliff and jumped.

You gasped and jumped after him as you hooked him up to a grappling hook. "Damn you!" Said Clint with tears falling from his eyes. "Let me go..." You said with a sad smile. "No. Please, no! I love you don't do that."

"It's okay... I love you too, I always will." You said crying. "Please..." Pleaded Clint as you kicked the wall and fell off the rope. Your body plummeted to the ground.

"NO!!!" Yelled Clint. "Y/n..." A boom in the sky sent Clint in a pool of water with the Soul Stone in his hand.

"Did we get them all?" Asked Banner. "You're telling me this actually worked?" Said Rhodey amazed.

The Avengers looked around and spotted Clint, head buried in his hands. "Clint where's y/n?" Asked Bruce as the archer collapsed on the floor crying. "It was supposed to be me. She sacrificed her life for that goddamn stone. She bet her life on it." Yelled Clint.

"It should have been me..."
