      Don't get me wrong, dating Scott was a lot of fun, but it was also really stressful. Since he started to work with the Avengers, you were scared that he might never come home again...

After the final battle, Scott decided to spend all his free time with his favourite person: Cassie. Their relationship was incredible, they were always together and tried to catch up the five years of not seeing each other.

You met him after the blip. You were walking in a park and Scott couldn't look away from you, he was mesmerized. Cassie, who saw her father quite distracted told him to go and talk to you.

However, Scott was too nervous and refused to make a move. Nonetheless, fate decided otherwise and you bumped into him a few minutes later. In that moment you knew you had to see Scott again and a beautiful relationship blossomed.

Two years later

You were currently reading a book when your phone started to ring. You looked at it and it was Cassie. "Hey Cass is there something wrong?" You asked, knowing she usually texted you instead of calling.

Her voice was shaky and you could hear sobs. "D-dad...He's at the hospital, come please." Your heartbeat increased and you quickly grabbed your keys, running to your car. "I'm on my way honey okay?" You said while putting your seatbelt on.

"Okay... I'll see you there, be fast please I need you." She replied. You sadly smiled and she hung up.

You tightly gripped the steer wheel as your knuckles turned into a white colour. You finally arrived and parked your car. You ran into the building and spotted Cassie. "Where is he?" You asked taking her into your arms.

"The doctor said we can't see him now, he's currently in surgery." She retorted crying. "Shhh... He's gonna be alright, we're gonna be okay." You said stroking her soft hair.

Two hours later, a nurse informed you that Scott was resting in a room. "Let's go Cass." She nodded and both of you entered the room.

When you opened the door, you saw the brunette laying on a bed, peacefully sleeping. You and Cassandra sat on a chair next to the medical bed.

The sixteen years old girl rested her head on your shoulder, waiting for her father to wake up. You smiled and kissed her head then, took Scott's hand in yours.

You closed your eyes and after a moment, you felt someone squeeze your hand. Your eyes shot wide open and you smiled as you looked at Scott. You gently shook Cassie's shoulder to wake her up.

"Dad!" She said getting up to hug him. "Hey peanut." He replied kissing her cheek. You didn't cry earlier because of the adrenaline rushing through your veins but feeling all sort of emotions at once, tears started to form in your eyes.

Peering over his daughter's shoulder, Scott noticed the few tears rolling on your cheeks. "Y/n, angel, don't cry I'm fine." He said giving you a warm smile.

You got up and wrapped your arms around Cassie and Scott. "I love you two so much..." Said he. "We love you too." Retorted Cassie. "And I also love both of you." You replied smiling.
