𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐒 𝐗 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐑 ||

•"𝐈'𝐦 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮"

 Warning: panic attack (followed by a caring Steve so it's fine)

Résumé: y/n is gonna meet the Avengers for the first time but is scared of what they're gonna think about her

(I'm saying this again but who gave this mam the right to look that cute?)

     "Are you ready sweetheart?" Asked Steve coming into your shared bedroom. Today was the day when you were going to meet the Avengers.

You looked at yourself in the mirror and sighed. "I don't know Steve..."

Your hands started to shake as your head began to spin. "Hey calm down honey, sit on the bed for a second." Softly said the blond man.

You felt like your chest was getting crushed and you lost your ability to breathe normally. "Y/n look at me." Steve gently took your hand in his. "Breath in...and out." You tried to do as he instructed.

"You can do this angel. You're doing a good job." Said Steve while stroking your hand with his thumb. Tears began to fall uncontrollably from your eyes. The super soldier's heart broke at the sight of his crying girlfriend.

"Shh... Breath and look at me, focus on your respiration and match with mine. Inhale with your nose and exhale with your mouth."

After a few minutes, you managed to breathe correctly. A tear rolled on your cheek and Steve gently wiped it.

"I'm sorry..." You said looking at the floor. "No need to apologize it's totally fine baby." Replied Steve. You faintly smiled. "I'm being childish, I shouldn't be scared for that."

"Y/n, being scared is normal. If you don't wanna go then I'll call Tony, they will understand." Said he placing a hand on your shoulder.

"No no don't do this! I want to come but I'm just scared they might don't like me..." You retorted. "I assure you they won't. And if they do, then they don't know what they're missing because you're the best person I've ever met."

Steve placed a soft kiss on your temple. "Besides, at the end of the day, I'm the one who shares your bed, not them." You chuckled and looked into his dreamy blue eyes.

"Thank you for cheering me up." You replied smiling. "That's my girl." The tall blond man cupped your face and left a gentle kiss on your lips. "I love you." Said he. "I love you too."

You got up. "Are you sure you wanna do this?" Asked Steve. You nodded. "I think I'm ready now." You retorted. "Then what are we waiting for?" Said Steve grinning.

A few minutes later, you arrived at the Tower. "Wow, it's huge." You said getting out of the car. The blond man smiled. He kissed your cheek and whispered in your ear. "Everything is gonna be fine, they'll love you okay?"

He entwined his fingers with yours and got inside. "Here they aaare!" Said Tony. You sent him a small smile. "Hi everyone I'm y/n." Steve gently squeezed your hand and smiled at you.

You looked at the other members of the team. A redhead walked towards you. "Hello, I'm Wanda!" Said she with a thick accent and a warm smile.

After everyone introduced themselves you all sat on multiple expensive-looking couches. "Well, I'm glad to meet the woman Capsicle has been talking about for ages." Said the billionaire making you blush.

"Someone finally unfroze his old icy heart. Pun intended." Said Natasha smirking. "You know what Romanoff?" Retorted Steve smiling.

You chuckled and glanced at the super-soldier. You forgot the other for a second and drowned in his ocean blue eyes. "I love you." You whispered. Steve pecked you on the lips. "I love you too sweetheart."

The room got filled with 'aaanw'. "Get you someone you looks at you the way Steve looks at y/n." Said Sam. "Are my glances not good enough?" Muttered Bucky.

After spending most of the day with your now new friends you got back to your house. You collapsed on the couch once you entered your home.

Steve joined you and you rested your head on his shoulder. I'm proud of you." Said he kissing the top of your head.
