I walk out of my tent the next morning in my uniform. I had my clipboard in hand, reading the schedule for the day. Right now, my job is to learn the soldiers strengths and weaknesses. I have to be able to puzzle together their assignments for when our first mission comes. The schedule is simple and not too rigorous for day one.

7-7:30: Breakfast
7:45-12: Training (running, agility and strength)
12-1: Lunch
1-5: Training (hand to hand combat and shooting range)
5:30-6: Report to the Colonel of what you observed
6-7: Open Gym for Agents and free time
7-8: Dinner and free time

Shouldn't be that hard. Well, it's almost 7, so I decided to go to the cafeteria to get breakfast. I walked in, and all eyes went on me. Some guys wolf whistled as I walked by, but I keep my head held high, not letting it get to me. I grabbed a box full of the breakfast they were giving out today.

"Hey doll," I hear the all too familiar voice say from behind me. I turned around to see Bucky in his training gear outfit, which fit him very well. "I never thought I said this, but you look very good in uniform," he says, walking up to me, like he was about to kiss me, but I step back.

"What are you doing?" I ask.

"About to kiss my best girl? Is that not allowed?" he asks, almost offended by my action.

"You can't do that, at least with people around," I say, and he asks me why. "No one can know we are together. The other soldiers won't treat me seriously, and they'll just give you crap."

"I don't care about them. I'll sock them in the jaw if they say something about you," he says.

"I know you would, but you can't do that. They are going to say stuff, I know that. I don't need your protection, they are the least of my worries right now. I don't need them thinking I'm going to favor you, or you are going to protect me like a stuffed animal," I say. "Just, pretend that we just met. As Sargent and Agent."

"Alright, agent," he smirks, saying it seductively.

"I'll see you later," I chuckled lightly, and went to go eat my breakfast. The day was obnoxious, because, well, the men were being men. Not believing that I knew a lot more about more than they did.

I just came back from lunch, and now I met up with the 107th for training. We were about to start the hand to hand combat training. This is probably what I was most excited about when I got the schedule. This is the area that I was trained best in and have the most knowledge with.

I blew my whistle, grabbing everyone's attention, making them stand in line formation. "Welcome to hand to hand combat training, hosted by me. I know Colonel Zang had you run a lot this morning, but I hope you're ready for some more movement," I say to the group of men.

I hear one of the men chuckling, and I notice a tall light blond man, a little buffer than Bucky, whispering something to the person to his right. "Something you want to say to everyone?" I ask.

"This is bull," he says, and some guys nod in agreement. "I signed up for war, not to rustle around with a woman, though I'm not complaining." He winks at me, and I internally roll my eyes. I keep my professionalism, refusing to let the men get to me, because that is exactly what they want. I glanced quickly at Bucky, and his jaw was clenched and his arms were crossed. He was two seconds away from burning this guy alive.

"So you think you know more than me?" I ask, and he nods. "What, have you beaten a lot of guys up?"

"Not to brag but," he says sarcastically, making the rest of the group laugh, and Bucky stays quiet.

"Step up then," I say. He smirks, and he steps up in front of me.

"Hi sugar," he says, and I can smell the turkey sub in his breath.

"Let's make a deal, shall we. If you can pin me down for 3 seconds or knock me out, this whole group will have the rest of the day off," I offer.

"I think I'd rather have a night with you," he smiles, showing his perfect cocky teeth.

"Alright. Everyone will have the day off and you and I will have a special night," I say, standing my ground. The other men in line start making ooo's in excitement, and in the corner of my eye I see Bucky clenching his fist together, trying to keep his composure. "If I pin you down, you have another extra hour of training tomorrow...Do we have a deal?"

I stuck out my hand, and he shook it. "See you in bed." I let go of his slimy hand, and step back, which makes Bucky in my eye line again. I made eye contact with him, and he is raising his eyebrow at me, and I can see his worry for me. He honestly doesn't believe in me.

I motion for everyone to give us room, and everyone backs up, making a crowd around us. "Make the first move," I say. He cracks his knuckles, then neck, trying to intimidate me. I chuckle at his motion, watching him get into his fighting stance. I take this time to look him up and down, noticing his arms are very buff, but his legs are not as muscular.

The first move he makes is a very expected punch, which I easily dodge, which makes him look surprised. Yet again, he throws another punch, this time I was able to catch. I knee him in the stomach, making him hunch over. I take this opportunity to swipe his legs out from under him, making him fall onto his stomach.

I twisted his arm, making him groan in pain. I put his arm around his back, pushed his face down to the ground with my other hand, digging my knees into his spine, causing him to shout in pain. After a couple attempts of him escaping, he taps the ground three times, signally his surrender.

"What is with men and punching? It's very expected. Tip #1, punches are for finishing a fight, not to begin one," I say casually, getting up off the ground. "I'll see you bright and early tomorrow morning, soldier." I look around at the group of men, some were clapping, some were yelling at the guy to get up, but most were just silently staring in awe.

I look at Bucky, whose mouth was practically on the floor. He looks up to me and mouths 'wow'. I smile at him, winking, which he responds with chuckling.

"Shall we get started?"
