You continue to work on your infrared vision until you look down at your hands and an idea pops into your head, 'Mr. Aizawa said that we could get improvements on our costumes, so I wonder if they'll be able to help me with this...'

'Maybe if I get some heat resistant gloves, I can use my hands like I used to... but the light needs a surface for it to join together, and if I use gloves, then the light won't be able to conjoin... Maybe I can just get fingerless gloves—PFT yeah right....'

You jump down from your pillar, extremely exhausted, and get permission to go to the development studio. As you're walking, you continue to think of what you could do to improve your costume, '...maybe a visor of some sort to help with the infrared. I mean, I'm only manipulating the light waves that I see, so if the waves I see are at a lower frequency, then I should be able to manipulate them into my infrared vision much easier... It would be just like how I cupped my hands over my eyes earlier. Plus I bet having some type of eyewear would help with the strain on my eyes!'

'Huh? Is that Midoriya?' "Hey, Izuku!" You call out, and before he can react, the doors in front of the development studio explode—sending him backward. Uraraka runs up behind you, surprising you in the process, and soon Iida shows up by your side.

"Izuku? You guys must be really close, huh?"

"Well, we went to the same middle school, but..." You continue to watch the wreckage as the smoke clears, and you see Midoriya laying on the ground with Hatsume on top of him, "but I'm just trying something out..."

"Oh, I see..." Iida says, sounding slightly disappointed.

"Hmmm? Did you want to start using first names..." He looks at you, surprised, "Tenya?" You watch as his face becomes red and starts moving his arms wildly, then he opens his mouth to speak.

"I can't believe you would do that so casually—isn't there some kind of process? Where is the order?" He continues to babble, and you begin to walk into the development studio, leaving Iida to continue speaking in a flustered manner.

"Wait up!" he shouts, still blushing. When you walk into the studio, Hatsume is standing there and starts talking, "It's been a while, huh? Hero course students, um... I've forgotten all of your names." She looks at the three of you, then stops when she meets your eyes, "you have an interesting quirk—you can manipulate light waves—does that mean you can manipulate the light waves that I'm seeing right now?" She shoves her face really close to yours, and you avoid eye contact while blushing.

"W-well maybe, but as long as it's only changing the direction of what you see, like a mirage—I don't think I can change the frequency of light that you see without messing up your vision—after all, my quirk allows me to withstand various amounts of light energy. So I cant do infrared vision for you..." After she hears that, she turns away from you then starts walking back inside, stating she has to work on her babies—obviously losing interest in you.

Uraraka watches this whole exchange—her heart rate increasing ever so slightly. Midoriya then begins speaking as she walks away, "Um, wait, I wanted to ask Mr. Power Loader about improving my costume..." Power Loader then appears from behind Hatsume and invites the four of you inside.

He then explains that he can do small changes there, but for major ones, an application has to be filled out and approved by the government and the design company—and usually, the costumes will be returned within three days.

While Hatsume begins testing her 'babies' on your classmates, you start explaining to Power Loader the changes you would like with your costume. "I was wondering if I could have something that might be able to protect my hands when I use my quirk and maybe something to help the strain it puts on my eyes?
