You walk around the stadium trying to find Midoriya—but you have no luck,—you even glanced inside the nurse's office but only saw Recovery Girl inside.

'What am I doing? This is so stupid—I bet he's already made it back. I should head back too, so I don't miss the next fight—I feel like I'm constantly in a wild goose chase.'

"l/n?" Todoroki walks down the hallway towards you, "What're you doing here?"

"Uh, I was just getting ready to head back to the stadium so I can watch the next fight," you glance at the room he was walking from, "Which I guess is your fight so... good luck!"

He looks slightly confused, then you continue to walk away—he catches up to you, and the two of you walk down the hallway together at the same pace. The air is filled with silence, and you decide to say something, "So are you ready—"

Your sentence is cut off when you walk into someone then accidentally bump into Todoroki, "Sorry, Todoroki," you say to him, but he's staring ahead intensely. You follow his gaze and realize that the person you bumped into was Endeavor.

THIRD POV Midoriya walks into the stadium and spots Iida and Uraraka waving at him, "We saved a seat for you!" Iida tells him enthusiastically.

Uraraka looks around then says to Midoriya, "Deku, where's l/n? Didn't they leave to go find you?"

Midoriya feels heat rise to his cheeks at the thought of l/n trying to find him, "No—I didn't see them anywhere. Maybe they left to prepare for their fight—aren't they after this one?" He looks around to find that Kaminari had also left.

"Maybe we should go find l/n and talk to them before their fight?" Uraraka asks shyly.

Iida stands from his seat suddenly, "Alright! let's go!" The trio then walks out of the stadium, excitedly in search of l/n.

Y/N POV
'Man, this guy is really buff—and he's got flames... good grief, he's one scary guy."

Todoroki continues to walk down the hallway as his father speaks to him, and you follow him—hoping you won't be noticed.

"You have a duty to surpass All Might. Do you understand? You're different from your siblings. You are the greatest masterpiece!" Upon hearing these words, Todoroki becomes increasingly agitated.

"Is that all you can say, bastard? I will win and advance with just Mom's power. I won't use your power when I fight." Todoroki responds through gritted teeth.

The two of you continue to walk in silence. You stop walking with him as he nears the exit—just before he walks out, you say, "Wow—at least you're not a complete asshole like your dad." You instantly freeze, realizing what you said.

Todoroki stops suddenly then turns around at you with a look, not of anger but confusion—he shakes his head, then turns around and continues to walk outside.

'He's gonna hate me now—I bet I won't even make it in time to see his fight. I can't believe I said something like that, and his dad is still in this hallway.'

"Thanks for waiting! Next up..." Present Mic begins announcing the next fight.

You turn around swiftly and start speedwalking down the hallway hoping that Endeavor will ignore your comment and that you might be able to make it in time. As you walk past him he doesn't say anything—you only feel a cold stare on your back as you walk away—giving you goosebumps.

'Wait, if Todoroki and Sero are fighting right now, then that means the next match is...' You feel your stomach drop. 'I don't want to fight—I'm not ready! I haven't even figured out what I'm going to do. I got so distracted by everything else that I completely forgot. This doesn't even make any sense—how could I forget about my match? I'm going to walk out there and get destroyed. What can Kaminari do? What can I do? I can't even remember what I can do in a fight.'
