New Beginnings (Sequel of August Alsina is my step father)

It was bright and early. The sun was glowing my house and I was feeling good today. I slid out of bed and went into the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth. I grabbed my phone and my tablet and headed downstairs.

I sat my stuff on the couch and went into the kitchen and made breakfast. I grabbed the Greek yogurt from the refrigerator along with the fruit bowl and I put the pancakes and bacon on my plate. I know its my time to start eating healthy for the baby. I sat down on the couch and ate my breakfast.

My phone began to rang. "Ugh." I said to myself. I sat the fruit bowl on the table and grabbed my phone. I smiled at the contact name and I slid the answer bar.

Phone Conversation 📞

"Hey August!" I said nearly yelling.

"Wassup ma."

"Nothing eating breakfast." 😛

"What you eatin'?"

"Damn you nosey. But Fruit, yogurt, pancakes and bacon." 😂

He laughed.

"Damnnnn why you eatin' so healthy? 👀"

I panicked but came up with something legit.

"Cause yo' bae tryna keep her body right for you."

He chuckled a lil bit.

"Shitttt we can get it poppin' soon as I reach thea." His accent was thick as hell.

I bit my lip and shook my head.

"I miss you August. You sure you coming home tomorrow?"

"Hell yea, I gotta see my boo."

I smiled.

"Well, okay. I'm going to call you later."

"Aight baby."

I ate some of my yogurt then I called Natasha to tell her somethings.

Phone Conversation 📞

"Hey Girl! I was just about to call you!" Natasha said practically yelling.

"You stay hype in the morning." I said laughing.

"You knew! but what's up?"

I ate some yogurt then spoke.

"August will be home tomorrow, you must get the stuff for the garage today so we'll be ready for tomorrow."

Natasha sounded excited.

"Yay, okay. I'll get it. But today I have a surprise for you."

I was curious.

"What is it...?"

"Just meet me at LAX & Co. in 45 minutes."

I smiled.

"Okay... see you in a few then."

I finished my fruit, yogurt and bacon and went upstairs to shower. I showered for 20 and turned the water off. I brushed my teeth again and went into the closet to find my white and pink Victoria secret sweatsuit.

While I was in the closet I walked past Augusts clothes and the smell of him filled my nose. I started getting emotional for no reason. I wiped my face and grabbed my sweatsuit.

I put my under garments on, lotioned my body and slipped on the sweatsuit. I put my hair in a pony tail and then slipped my flip flops on. I checked the time on the alarm clock and 35 minutes had already flew by. I sighed and grabbed my purse.

I went downstairs grabbed my phone and keys. I left the house locking the door behind me.

I arrived at LAX & Co. and I slipped out the car with my purse and keys in hand. I walked in to see Natasha speaking to someone. I walked up to them and Natasha smiled hugging me.

"Hey sis!" She said squeezing the life from me. "Hey girl." I said struggling. She let go and introduced me to the person she was speaking to. "Hello, I'm Jennifer, and I will be your photographer for today." I furrowed my eyebrows. "Surprise!" Natasha said.

"Our makeup and hair crew will help out; and we already have your outfit on the rack in the dressing room." I smiled and she led me to the dressing room.

Natasha followed me in to help me get the set on. "All white is the theme i'm guessing?" I said slipping my shirt off. "Yes ma'am." I nodded. "So what's going to happen with the photos?" I asked.

"Well I was hoping that when I set up the garage. I will get the best photo framed and you could give it to him. The rest of the photos will be around your house." I smiled at the idea and I hugged her. "Thank you so much." I said getting emotional.

"Anything for my sister." I was full out crying. She released from the hug and looked at me. "Why are you crying?" I shrugged. "I miss August and I want him home." She smiled. "Aww stop crying, he's coming home tomorrow!" I nodded and wiped my face.

There was a knock at the door and the manager walked in. "Hello. The makeup and hair team are ready for you." I nodded and followed him.

I was sitting in the chair getting my makeup ready by the team. I felt pretty, today actually was going to start off well. "Alright everyone, Kerri come on up to the photography team." I leaped out the chair and thanked everyone.

I walked to another open area room and the set was there. Everyone looked at me and smiled. I waved. "Hi.. I'm Kerri." They all laughed. "Nice to meet you." They said in a unison. I smiled and began the orders given.

After taking the photos and getting dressed, we were sitting in the photo lab looking at all the photos. "Which ones do you like best?" They asked me. I looked at all of them and smiled. "Hmmm... How about this one?" Natasha looked at it. "That one is cute! Off guard is on fleek." I laughed.

"We will get this photo for you ready by tomorrow morning for pick up. The other photos are already finished for you." I nodded and hugged Jennifer and the team. They gave us the other pictures and a gift.

"Thanks everyone!" Natasha and I said leaving.

"That was fun." I said smiling. "Yeah I know, what you want to do today?" Natasha asked. I thought about it. "Well I kinda need something to wear for tomorrow night." Natasha smiled. "Well let's head over to Rayna's boutique." 💁

We drove for an hour to Rayna's and We finally made it there. I hopped out the car and Natasha hopped out of hers, and we went inside the boutique.

Ray saw the both of us and she freaked out. "Oh my god! Tasha and Kerri!" She hugged us and everyone looked at us. "Kerri you look bad as hell!" She said looking at me up and down. "Thanks girl."

"What are you guys doing here?" She asked. Natasha smiled. "Kerri, tell her."

"I'm pregnant.. and I plan on telling August tomorrow night." Rayna was in shock and she hugged me. "Oh my god, you better work Kerri! How far along are you?" I smiled. "Tomorrow will make a month and three weeks." Her mouth dropped. "Girllll, you better let me help you with the baby shower."

"You know I got you!" I said laughing. "So I'm guessing you need something for tomorrow night?" She said looking at me weird. "Yep." She smirked. "I got the perfect thing!"
