OBI-WAN AND ELARA DECIDED TO GO TO A CAFÉ. On their way there, Obi-Wan informed Elara that he had a friend who'd be able to identify where the toxic dart originated. Wherever that location would be was where they would start searching for the assassin.

"People are here for you, honey!" a silver droid yelled out, her voice rough and hitch-pitched. "Jedi's, by the looks of them." she told whoever it was.

A beslisk popped his head over the counter, his eyes growing wide in surprise to see an old friend. He fully stood up from behind the small counter and shouted, "Obi-Wan!"

"Hello, Dex," Obi-Wan greeted with a small smile.

"Take a seat. I'll be right with ya."

Elara followed Obi-Wan over to a table and sat down with him. The droid asked them if they wanted jawa juice and they replied with "yes". Elara sat down beside Obi-Wan and they waited for the besalisk.

The Skywalker woman breathed in deeply and played with her hands. What if once they figured out this fiasco that they were too late to save Padmé? What if the bounty hunter already found Anakin and Padmé? What if the bounter hunter got rid of the people who would know where he was? What if this investigation led them to nothing? What if Dex didn't know where the toxic dart came from?

All of those questions were haunting her for she did not truly know the answer to them and she did not want to look into the future to answer those questions for herself, plus Yoda always told her never to do that because living in the future or past would destroy someone and grant them a tremendous amount of pain, you had to live in only the present.

"Hey, old buddy!" Dex chuckled, opening his arms wide for a hug. Obi-Wan stood up and hugged his friend. Elara smiled at them, it was nice knowing Obi-Wan had friends other than the Jedi. Right after they pulled apart, they sat down in the booth. "So-" Dex paused when he noticed Elara. "Who's this?"

Obi-Wan glanced at her, his eyes scintillating, and taking in her beauty. Elara felt her heart race and she grew flustered, because Obi-Wan had grown to become something more for her. He wasn't just a Jedi in her eyes, he was the first man she had ever caught feelings for.

"This is Jedi Knight Elara Skywalker." Obi-Wan introduced. Dex narrowed his eyes at Obi-Wan, he could tell it was something more, but he didn't want to call his friend out for it.

Elara held her hand out for him to shake, and Dex took her hand. "It is nice to meet you, Dex." she smiled in greeting.

"You too," Dex laughed. He pulled his hand away from hers and at Obi-Wan who was staring at her with a smile plastered onto his face. Once Dex cleared his throat, Obi-Wan widened his eyes, almost hitting himself in the head for letting himself do that. "So. . . my friend, what can I do for ya?" Dex asked.
