Turning to the side, Teresa stared at a sleepy Will. The sun was starting to rise and soon both needed to get ready for work.

Teresa got closer to him and rubbed her nose on his, slightly. Since he didn't wake up, she got out of bed and started getting ready. When she got out of the bathroom, Will was no longer on the bed. She found him in the kitchen.

"You could have woken me up." He says as he pours some coffee.

"You looked peaceful. I figured I'd let you sleep a little longer."

Teresa gets closer to him and hugs him by the side. She closes her eyes and takes a deep breath. Will puts an arm around her.

"How's your head? Let me cover it up."

Will gets his first-aid kit and after carefully cleaning up the stitched wound, he puts a bandage over it.

"All done."

"Thanks. I need to go."

"Already? Isn't it a bit early?"

"Yeah, but I have to take care of something before going to the district."

"Something in South Side?"

"No... but I might need to check on Tyler and Tom soon."

"Alright. Tell me when you're going and I'll go with you."

Teresa's eyes narrowed. "You want to go to make sure I don't get into trouble, don't you?"

Will just shrugs.

Teresa scoffs. "I'll let you know. But, FYI, I am very well trained in combat."

"So well trained that you went to the ER."

"Yeah, well... they got me from behind, so I wasn't ready."

"Wait, how do you know they got you from behind?"

Teresa loses her smile and feels her cheeks burning red. She messed up. She wasn't supposed to remember anything from that night. Only Antonio had seen right through her and only he knew that she remembered.

"I was just guessing." Teresa lies. "No way I was hit from the front. I know how to block every hit I can get." She forces a chuckle to disguse her lie and scratches the back of her head. "Well, I really got to go."

"Okay. Have a good day." Will reaches to her and pulls her into a quick kiss, that lasted longer since he didn't let her go.

Teresa patted him on his torso and only then did he let her leave.

There were three quick knocks at Jay's door. He wasn't expecting anyone, so he was surprised when he opened the door and saw Teresa.

Raising her hands, one with two coffee cups and another with a white bag, Teresa smiled.

"Got some breakfast. I hope you don't have any girl over and are ready to leave for the district."

"Uh... I don't and I'm not, but give me five more minutes." He steps aside and lets her in. "Breakfast?"

"Coffee and some delicious croissants. To eat outside."

"Great. Just give me five minutes."

After Jay was ready, they got out of his apartment and decided to walk around the block and seat on a bench to eat the breakfast Teresa had bought before getting into Jay's car to go to 21st.

"So what's the occasion?" Jay asks as he drinks a bit of coffee.

"I needed to talk to you. Tell you something."
