Staying With Will

"Hey, Herrmann!" Teresa says with a smile as she gets to the bar at Molly's.

"Look at you! You're healing up fast, huh?" Herrmann says with a smile.

Days had passed and there was still no lead on the men who attacked Teresa or Theodor. Intelligence had been keeping an eye out for any news of Theodor's appearance, but their focus was on other cases.

Teresa was feeling much better, a few more days as she could have the stitches removed. Her contusion was disappearing and her eye was almost back to normal.

"A few more days and I'll be ready to spend an entire day cooking at 51."

"That's what I like to hear!"

Teresa then heads to Sylvie's table.

"Thanks for coming." Teresa says.

"Oh, yeah. I'm always up for a drink with you."

"We should go dancing with Kim some other day."

"I'm in. Just tell me when."

"How have you been?"

"Good. Have you caught the guys who did that to you?"

"Nope, not yet... We don't have any leads, so it's hard. We're waiting for Theodor to show up again so we can interrogate him."

"Toby once told me how your father just disappeared from time to time and you'd never knew where he went or when he'd go back home. It must have been horrible."

"The most horrible part was knowing that he would return, eventually. Everything was better when he stayed out of the house."

"How is everything else?"

They were on their own for another half-hour, just catching up and remembering Toby. Gabby joined them then and the three of them stayed together for a few more minutes. Then, Teresa saw Will and Jay walk in and sitting at a table alone. She gave them a few minutes and then went to join them. She excused herself to Gabby and Sylvie and passed by the bar. She asked Herrmann for three shots and took them to Jay and Will.

"Hey, guys. Wonderful to see you both here." Teresa says with a smile and sits next to Will.

"What's this for?" Jay asks.

"We're celebrating."

"Celebrating what?"

"Life." Teresa says as she raises her glass.

"Okay," Jay shrugs. "To life."

The three of them join their glasses at the center and then drank it.

Teresa glances at Will and nudges him, slightly tilting her head towards Jay. Will widened his eyes a bit, as if asking 'what' and Teresa nodded towards Jay again.

"Jay," Teresa then says, knowing that Will wasn't understanding her. "You know how you've been wondering where I've been staying, since I'm not staying at my house?"

"Yeah, I know. I just asked you this morning about it."

"Well, uh..." Teresa glances at Will and then clears her throat. "I've been staying with Will."

"With Will?" Jay asks confused.

"Yeah, with me." Will confirms.

Jay stares between them with his mouth slightly open. "With Will?" He asks again.

Teresa nods with a small smile.

"Since when have you been together?" Jay asks.

"Not long," Will says looking at Teresa. "What is it? Two months now?"
