"Come on! Are you afraid to hit me?" Teresa asks disappointed.

"I'm just warming up, Logan!" Antonio answers, as they move in circles on the ring.

"You've been warming up for ten minutes, man." Teresa says and then punches him three times – right, right, left – and then protects her head with both her gloved hands, waiting for Antonio to hit her. When he doesn't try to, she punches him again – right, left, right.

"You guys are up early," a third party affirms.

Jay, who had just walked in with his brother Will, smiled at Teresa as he saw her and Antonio up on the ring. His sudden appearance made Teresa lose focus, just enough for her to put her guard down and for Antonio to punch her. He could have knocked her out if he wanted, but, since they were just practicing in a friendly manner, he punched only hard enough to make her eat her own words.

"Jesus." Teresa sighs from the floor of the ring.

"Sorry, Logan. But we were still going."

"Yeah, yeah. My fault." She agrees as she takes off her gloves. Antonio takes off his own and extends a helping hand to her.

"That was harsh." Jay says as he gets closer to the ring.

"Your fault, partner. You just came in here and started talking to us—"

"Hey, Antonio didn't lose his focus." Jay jokingly defends himself.

"You two are up early, too. How was your weekend?"

"Great. Yours?"

"Spent at the academy."

"Do you even have time to rest?" Will asks.

"Yeah, when Jay is slowly driving the car somewhere." Teresa mocks. "I swear, most times I just fall asleep right away. Oh, and by the way, that was the only punch Antonio threw in ten minutes."

"I think that was also enough, since he knocked you to the ground." Will says.

Teresa rolls her eyes. "Whatever. You wanna come up here and fight me?"

Will stares at her and then shrugs. "Okay."

From the corner of her eye, Teresa saw Jay and Antonio lifting weights, while she and Will were up on the ring, both with gloves on and trying to hit each other.

"Finally moved to the new apartment." Will announces.

"You got it?"

"Yeah. It looks pretty good."

"Are you going to have a party like I suggested?"

"Oh, yeah, I had one, but since you have the academy outside of work, I just didn't invite you."

"What?" Teresa stops moving, straightens up and drops her arms. "You serious?" She asks genuinely taken aback and a bit offended that he hadn't consider telling her before.

"Jay told me you wouldn't have gone either way." There was a moment of silence and then Will chuckled. "I'm kidding, Tez. I didn't have anyone over yet."

"That's not nice." Teresa says, relaxing. "I felt left out when you said it."

"I'm sorry, I'm only joking." Will apologizes with a big smile. "I'm not thinking about having a party. Whenever you have time, just stop by with the desert you told me you'd bring."

"I will." Teresa promises as she gets moving again and protects her face. "Do you know about cars?"

"Cars? Sure, why?"
