Have some tidbits about the next generation of the Wibberlys that I created, plus some headcanons about the canon characters thrown in for a little extra fun.
- So, first of all, I'll start by introducing the next gen for those of you who don't know them. I'm pretty sure that Lili and Jake and Abby and Eternity are familiar to most of you, since they star in Time's Tragedies, but while in that fanfic I referenced Michael and Wilamena having several sons, I never actually introduced them because they're younger than Kate's kids and also because I didn't want to introduce too many new characters.
- To recap, Kate and Rafe have three children. Lili Henrietta Wibberly, the eldest (15 in TT) with a middle name for Henrietta Burke and a first name inspired by Kate's favorite flower. Jacob 'Jake' Richard Wibberly, the middle child and only son (12 in TT), who is named for the Savage Jake, and for Richard Wibberly. And Abigail 'Abby' Clare Wibberly, the youngest (11 in TT) and named for the Savage Abigail, and Clare Wibberly.
- Eternity Time, born Esmerelda Carmen Espinosa, is Lili's best friend and love interest. She grew up in NYC and has a very tragic backstory, until she meets and is taken in by the Wibberlys in Time's Tragedies, when she's sixteen. Kate and Rafe become parental figures to her.
- At the same time that TT is happening Michael and Wilamena have four sons of their own, who are vaguely referenced but too young to appear in the events of the story. So I'll introduce them here.
- The eldest son is Wallace Bernard Wibberly (10 in TT). He's named for Wallace the Dwarf and Wilamena's father. He's very punctual like Michael, but also very extroverted and friendly like Wilamena. He is in line to become king of the Elves, but that's a long way off. He's not much of a fighter, preferring instead to compromise. Only his mother is allowed to call him Wally. No one else can.
- The second son is Hugo Stanislaus Wibberly (8 in TT). He's named for one of his father's mentors, Hugo Algernon, and Dr. Stanislaus Pym. He's as recklessly brave as his mother, and as charismatic a leader as his father .He wants to unify the magical peoples like his father does. He wants to learn how to swordfight like his Aunt Emma when he's older. He can honestly be a troublemaker at times.
- The third child is Robbie Harold Wibberly (6 in TT). He's named for King Robbie and Haarald the Dwarf, two close friends of Michael. Some people call him Rob. He's a bookworm like Michael and he also really enjoys the music and dancing of the Elves.
- The youngest son of Michael and Wilamena is Anton Willy Wibberly (3 in TT). He is named after Captain Anton, who is Wilamena's best friend. His middle name honors his mother and also comes from the family ally Willy the Giant. His nickname is Tony. He also loves stealing his parents clothes to play dress up, and helping them bake cookies.
- Emma never has children of her own, but takes pride in being the "bad influence aunt" as she calls it, and spends a lot of time with her nieces and nephews. She also has two dogs, a male German Shepard that she got as a puppy and named Mr. Smith, fulfilling her childhood dream, and a female brown lab named Coco.
- When she's not crashing with one of her siblings or in Gabriel's cabin, Emma usually can be found in the village at Dena's. Dena is in a relationship with Frieda, a fellow warrior who also happens to be Emma's go-to dog sitter.
- Michael likes Emma's dogs but after Coco tore up a pair of his shoes, he will never dog-sit for her again.
- When it comes to godparents (see the oneshot titled godfather for my explanation of magical world godparents), both Kate and Rafe and Michael and Wilamena had people they wanted to honor. So I'll make a separate bullet point for each child, who will have 2 separate godparents, starting from the youngest and going to the oldest of the next gen.
