"Smoothie my lady?" Josh asked.

It'd been about a week since the team up with the Dino Thunder rangers, the fights that had been happening had been slowly escalating, then suddenly stopping...there had to be something going on. The rangers were certain of that at least.

However, they did have...other priorities to handle now, after all Exams had been going for a couple days now, thankfully they only lasted a week.

A break was definitely needed, thus today Josh and Alice had met up by the mall for what is technically a date but neither of them will officially admit it, for one reason or another.

"Sure okay, if you're paying" she jokes.

He chuckles and nods, looking over to the smoothie bar owner and smiles.

"Two smoothies" he asks "Chocolate and..."

He looks over at Alice. Alice just smirks.

"Blueberry"

"And blueberry thanks" Josh already has the amount he needs to pay out, having made this trip often.

"Alright, it'll be a few minutes" the man says.

Josh nods then goes over to one of the nearby tables and sits down, Alice sits down across from him and tilts her head curiously. He's smirking, looking like somebody just gave him the biggest bar of chocolate.

"What has you so giddy today?"

Josh just shrugs.

"Today's been pretty awesome. I mean, I'm still waiting for Wolf to un-ground me from fighting, which I'm hoping is soon.... I was giving Jacob a quick rundown on the weapons of the Rhino zord and he seemed to be getting the hang of it" he then chuckles "Now I get to go out with my amazing girlfriend"

Alice laughs.

"And nearly being done with Exams isn't part of that?"

"You can sound happy about exams nearly being done but you only have one left, I have two...why do you only have three exams total but I have like five!?"

Alice leans forward.

"Luck I guess. Which ones have you got left?"

"Physics tomorrow afternoon and English on Friday morning"

"Heh, Geology on Friday morning, guess we'll be at school together instead of just waiting outside for each other" she smiles "So that's our final exam in three days...man...I kinda can't believe it..."

"...just over a week and we'll be at graduation" he sighs "And then you're going to be joining the Ore Beach net ball team...so I probably won't see you as much..."

"Do you know what you're going to be doing...?"

Josh blushes a little.

"uh...it's a little silly..."

"Hardly"

"Okay, okay..." he fiddles with the hem of his top "Well, I'm looking around for a university that does the course I want, but well...Ore Beach's uni isn't amazing...mum thinks I need to look outside of town..."

"Like...where...?" Alice asks.

"Well, Mariner Bay does the course I want, though it's pretty far away..."

"Ngadria said she was going to do a teaching course at Mariner Bay's university. She's just waiting for her exam scores so she can apply" Alice replies "If she applies you should too, then you guys can hang out"
