Wolf walked through the cave.

"Why does this feel like every horror movie ever?" He commented before turning, he swore he heard something "I swear, if my battery dies I am out of here."

He kept walking forward glancing down at the ruby star every now and again.
"It looks like I'm getting close"

Alice and Josh arrived at the base and were busy talking to Nira.

"We're sure Nira"

"Well...alright. Let me see" Nira tried to find Wolf's ranger signature but was struggling too.

"Nira..." Alice started "what's going on?"

"I can't find it...I think...you're right. I believe that Serpenta is blocking the signal somehow"

"So what do we do?" Alice asked calmly. Josh freaked out a little.

"We should go after him!" Nira shook her head.

"Joshua-"

"Nira, we need to go after him! We can't let Wolf get hurt or anything!"

Then he heard a familiar voice.

"Green ranger. My lady is correct. You should wait patiently"

"What?" looking over he saw the rather quiet Zar in the corner.

"We cannot risk Serpenta knowing. Right now the red ranger is safer if you wait" Zar explained "let Lady Nira find a way out of this predicament we find ourselves in. After all, the Zircon would...not be best in her hands"

"She can't use it easily, Alice and I checked. It works best with ranger powers"

"That is correct" Nira smiled. "We will try to find Wolf until then you should return to your homes" Josh frowned.

"I don't know...I'm still worried" Alice smiled at him sadly.

"Do you still feel bad about what happened?"

"huh?! Of course I do! I-"

"Look it's all good. I'm sure they'll let us know when Wolf returns and he'll probably have the Zircon too"

"Y-Yeah. You're right. He's the red ranger of course he can handle it"

Nira promised to tell them when they picked up Wolf's signal again and sent them back to their houses.

"Zar." The faun frowned.

"I-I know. If she gets the Zircon and she realises that she can use its powers with the sabre too...I don't know what she's planning but we can't let her get it. I'll track the red ranger"

"Right"

Wolf came upon a rock that blocked his path.
"Damn it. I'm really not liking this...dead ends are called dead ends for a reason..." he started to inspect the rock.

His Ruby star was reacting like mad which meant the Jewelite stone should be nearby.
He noticed an indent in the rock which look very similar to his gem star.
"Okay...time to test it" he placed his Ruby star in it just like he would with his morpher and red lines started to spread around the cave allowing him to put his phone away.

"I guess, only a ranger was meant to open this" he mumbled as he pulled out his star and the rock slid aside. In the middle of a tiny room was the Zircon resting on a pedestal.

Wolf walked up to it and was about to grab it when Oretrons surrounded him.
"A trap!" he pulled out his morpher "Nira! Nira?!" for some reason he couldn't contact her.
