Rangers and Revelations

Alice was walking down the road after school, she had her phone in her hand as if waiting for a call.

"Maybe....I didn't get-"

She noticed Josh walking out of the doctor's and waved.

"Josh!" she called.

The green ranger looked up and waved back jogging over.

"hello my lady" He said smugly "nice to see you"

"you saw me yesterday...."

Josh nods.

"And it's more thrilling today than it was yesterday as always my lady"

"Stop. Before I punch you"

"And hurt me more?"

"Well if you think you're so funny Joker you must be all healed up"

Josh raised an eyebrow.

"You've been calling me that a lot lately"

"You call me 'my lady' why can't I give you a nickname" She asks confused before she notices the look on his face.

"So....it's not an insult but a nickname? Oh well I'll remember that"

Alice face palmed, sighing before she glanced at the doctor's and back at Josh.

"Did your mum book you another appointment?"

He nods then looks towards the smoothie bar.

"Discussion over smoothies?"

"Sounds like a plan"

Serpenta tapped her foot staring at the Black crystal waiting.

At last after what felt like eternity a blurred image appeared, the blurring wasn't as bad as it had been, so it was a slightly clearer image.

Clearly Lilian couldn't hold the spell from afar.

"My Lady"

"Speak, I would hope you have the information I require?"

"I know that the green ranger had some kind of appointment and the purple Ranger normally has netball today but they would both be out by now"

"And what of the others?"

"As expected with the legacy Rangers in your hold the red and blue are spending more time sparring together. Often at the park where the blue Ranger would train with the black space Ranger"

Serpenta nods curiously.

"So they would be alone if I sent Arsenic now?"

"Yes my lady"

"And...do you believe the others could come to their aide?"

He's silent before responding.

"If they are alerted of Arsenic's presence then yes." he starts "And a fight between all the rangers and Arsenic right now would likely be a stalemate"

Serpenta raised an eyebrow.

"Why ever do you think that?"

"They've begun using misdirection against her. Freezing time is only useful if you can predict your opponents next move. They would be at an advantage at least 50% of the time. That's just fact"

"I see.... well, hopefully we can limit the amount of rangers in the fight down to two or three....and lure out that other ranger...." she nods "When that other ranger appears you know what to do"
