Demitale! Skelebros x Reader

(halfway through writing the first draft I realized I'd mixed up Demitale and Reborntale so OOPS XD)

You walked through the snowy fields outside of Snowdin, keeping watch for any humans that may pass through.
For years, people spoke of the one that would bring light to the Underground, and you and your brother Sans were tasked with taking them to Asgore.
Papyrus, the innocent thing, had no idea what you and Sans were tasked to do, he just thought you both did awesome and cool work for the King.
So when you found a human, and Papyrus came up before you could do what you needed, you had no choice but to play the good angelic sister to keep Papyrus' innocence.
"(Y/n)! Is that a human!?"
"You bet it is, Pap." You replied, giving a warning glance to the human as you turned to your brother.
"Wowie! A real live human!" He ran up, crouching down to shake hands with the small child. "Hello human! My name is Papyrus, and this is my little sister (Y/n)!"
"I'm Frisk." The small child murmured, obviously nervous considering what you were about to do.
"Come small Frisk! I shall show you around the Underground!" Papyrus stood and ran off, leaving you both to catch up.
"Listen, brat." You growl, "Don't tell him a thing about what I was going to do," your eyelights went out as you gave a sickening grin, "otherwise I'll make you wish for death's sweet release."
Frisk gulped audibly, tensing when you took their hand.
"Well, c'mon! We don't want to keep my precious brother waiting, do we?"

The look on your face was enough to tell Sans why the human was still alive.
That, and Papyrus was showing them all the puzzles he'd thought of.
"Got a plan?" He asked, keeping his voice low as Papyrus yammered on and on to the human.
"Sort of. I was thinking get them alone in Waterfall."
Sans nodded, the two of you perking up when you heard laughter.
Papyrus and Frisk had both fallen over in the snow, their expressions bright enough to melt your heart a bit.
"It's gonna hurt..." You murmured, Sans nodding along with you.

Frisk eventually moved on to Waterfall, and you and Sans were already waiting for them.
They slowed at the sight of you, frowning in fear and they had no choice but to walk up to you.
You summoned your weapon, watching them back up a few steps.
"Sorry, little lamb. But what must be done must be done." You swung your weapon and missed them by inches as they ducked out of the way. They ducked under your arm and sprinted down the path.
"After them!" Sans shouted, coming out of his hiding place. You joined him in the chase, following the human through twists and turns.
Your hand latched onto the back of their sweater, expression twisting at the sound of their sobbing. It was enough to make you hesitate, the small child slumping to their knees in your grasp.
Sans caught up with you, his expression falling a little as well.
Sighing, you crouched down at hugged them to your chest. "Listen, Frisk. I'm sorry we have to do this. But trust me when I say you won't feel a thing."
They clung to your jacket, nodding softly. Shutting your eyes from the scene, you sent a bone straight through their torso, their body going still in your arms.
It was quiet after that, and eventually Sans took Frisk from you as you collected the soul. It was a comforting warmth, like it was trying to reassure you everything would be okay.
