Elena POV

I dusted off my gloved hands and took a nice long sigh as I looked at both Harry and I's bags stacked on the back of the horse-drawn carriage. I let Harry borrow some of my extra suitcases since he doesn't have any and let him know that I could get him some more winter fit gear made once we get there.... get to Arendelle that is.

I could not be more excited about going home, Auradon Prep is awesome but there is no place like home! I can't wait to run through the familiar forest again, go through the village early in the morning, venture into the fields with Nokk, run amuck in my old castle walls, all with Harry this time which doubles the fun! That and I miss my own bed, something about being home just changes everything, it makes me feel so much more comfortable! I simply can't wait to be in a familiar place again AND I get to show Harry a whole new place! I'm absolutely bubbling with excitement!

I straightened out my fur hat and looked down to check on Bruni who I've simply put in my pocket for now. His happy little smile as he watched us get ready to go was priceless. I turned on my heels to see Harry bringing down his last bag of things, Bruni chirped at the sight of him. I smiled at him as he kept the bag in his hands I had one too, I call them keepsake bags. I looked around for a moment and watched a few others loading their things into their own respective carriages as they were ready to set off for winter break too, then I saw Mal and Evie coming our way as Harry made his way to me,

"About to head out Elle?"

Evie chirped as the girls came over to us, I smiled and glanced up at Harry as he happily and patiently waited at my side,

"Yup! We're just about to load up, they're just checking the carriage equipment one more time as they should before we hop on in and head out!"

I happily spoke, absolutely bubbling about being able to go home today and being able to bring Harry with me and all! Mal chuckled a little bit and looked over to Harry as he contently was looking down at me,

"Hook..."

Harry looked over to Mal and looked at her with a slight raise to his brow, also seemingly reacting a little bit at being called after his last name rather than his first,

"... have fun, her kingdom sounds pretty cool"

Well... don't you look at that! Mal was nice to him! I think that's a first! I looked over to Harry with a smile as he just looked at Mal with a great amount of suspicion,

"Will do?"

He said as he looked confused as to why she had been nice to him. I turned around and saw that the carriage was good to go, so it was time to go. I looked back at Mal and Evie with a smile,

"It's time for us to go, I'll miss you two!"

Evie and Mal gave me a nice smile as Evie opened her arms and put one around Mal,

"Group hug!"

"Not with me yer not"

Harry said as he immediately backed up, I chuckled and gave him a little wink of reassurance before stepping into the hug myself. It was a tight embrace, just me and my two closest girl friends, and it really was nice! We held the nice warm embrace until Mal couldn't take it anymore so we broke away with a giggle, I stepped back to Harry and gave them a little wave as I grabbed his hand,

"See you guys in three weeks!"

I shouted as we backed up to the carriage, Mal and Evie waved as Harry and I turned around and walked up to the steps of the covered blue carriage,
