Third PersonThe VKs made haste as they exited the arcade, Harry leading the charge with a passion simply around getting back to Auradon as quickly as possible for Elena's sake. He knew she could stay calm in stressful scenarios, but he also knew she had a breaking point to where it would be too much, so he just wanted to get back before Elena hit that point.
The next stop was Hades's den, so the group hopped right back onto their bikes which thankfully hadn't been stolen, and tossed their helmets back on. Harry revved his engine before anyone else and was right behind Mal and Celia as they led the way. Harry wasn't joking around when it came to getting back to Auradon quickly, he was desperate to just make sure she was okay, it was the only thing he could think about. Right now he knew if he had to face his dad he wouldn't even care, he'd go right through him if that's what it took to get back to Elena, he was no longer concerned about himself too much.
Everyone slowed their bikes after some time to make it through the tight, winding alleyways Celia pointed to. The path was like a maze, growing deeper and darker the further the hall went down it. It felt a little daunting, for it's not every day you know you're about to break into the God of the Underworlds lair. But Mal for one also knew one thing for certain, she and Celia were going down alone.
Mal knew Hades may sympathize with her and give her the ember, but if she stole it she didn't want too many people making noise down there. She kept her calm and steady composure, there's no other way you want to face the God of the Underworld after all. The drive went by quickly as even though they had slowed down they were still going rather quickly, purely because Harry was racing them on so fast. Every corner he took he drifted and skid, wanting to save as much time as possible. The VKs behind him had to race to keep up and Mal had to keep up her own pace as he was practically on her bumper the whole ride.
But everyone knew they had arrived once they approached the skull gates to the deep cave that seemed to sit underneath the Isle itself, there was no doubt in anyone's mind that they had arrived at the God of the Underworld's lair. Shivers ran down some spines, but there was one man who most certainly didn't care about even being here. All Harry saw this was now was that this is the one errand keeping him away from his dear doe eyes, so he was very much about getting in and getting out.
The group pulled their motorbikes up to the gates, pausing to get off and wheel them to a place they could leave them. Mal kept Celia close as she turned to the rest of the group,
"Guys, I think it would be best if me and Celia went in alone. I don't want to put anyone else in danger and I think it would be much easier to sneak around if it was only two people down there"
Mal quickly spoke, Harry perked up a bit and nodded in appreciation,
"That's a good idea, it echoes like crazy in there and he is a super light sleeper which makes the fact that it's his nap time only a little more helpful"
Celia quickly explained, simply happy to be involved. Harry tilted his head a bit and hummed as he nervously fiddled with his fingers,
"I don't care what ya do, just make haste with it"
Harry muttered with some slight frustration behind him as he was chomping at the bit to get back home to his lady, he just wanted to make sure she was okay, that's all he wanted. Mal nodded once and looked to the rest of her friends for approval,
"I can agree with that, and Harry's right. With Auradon actively under attack we have to get back there, especially because I bet Elena's having to take the brunt of it"
Evie quickly spoke, Carlos nodded and leaned on the wall beside his bike,
"For sure, we shouldn't leave Elena under all that pressure for much longer, for her mental sake more than anything"
