Elena POV

I felt the warm sun hitting me from the window, I heard some light humming as I began to actually wake up. I slowly opened my eyes and eventually sat up with a long yawn. I stretched my arms up and to the sides for a moment as I smiled a little bit at the warm feeling over my skin from the beaming sun. I put my arms down and rolled my shoulders a little as I looked around and spotted a plate of... oh yeah! I fell asleep last night so I get biscuits for breakfast it seems! I smiled a little and watched Harry as he poured me a cup of steaming hot tea and put it on the table next to the plate set for me. Sure enough, Bruni was helping him out by setting utensils and everything! What a delightful thing to wake up to! Harry briefly turned to look at me and smiled,

"Good morning bonnie lass, I thought I heard ya wake up"

Bruni chirped and bounced around on the table which just put an even bigger smile on my face. I kicked off the blankets that covered me and swung my feet over the bedside before slowly standing,

"Wow, you've been busy this morning"

I said as I slowly walked over to the table set for two. Harry gently put an arm around my shoulder and lead me over to my seat which he pulled out for me. I sat down and Harry let his arm slip from around my shoulders,

"I promised ya biscuits and tea, so here's biscuits and tea"

He sat down across from me at his seat as I took a sip of the steaming tea fresh from the kettle. Goodness me, he really does make good tea. I hummed in delight and took a biscuit and set it on my plate as Harry began eating too,

"This is wonderful Harry, what a lovely little surprise to wake up to"

I said as I took a bite of this... delicious biscuit! Oh my, this is just such a lovely little breakfast to have! I hummed in even more delight and dipped the biscuit into my tea before taking the next bite,

"Ah it's nothing, I do have something ta ask of ye today though if ye don't mind?"

I perked up and looked across the table at him, his usual eyeliner surrounded eyes looked so much lighter without it,

"Oh? What is it?"

Harry slowly got up from his seat and walked over to my bedside drawer and pulled out his sash that he'd given me months ago. He smiled a little at it and wrapped it around his hands a few times as he walked back over to me and stood behind my chair. He brushed my slightly messy hair with his fingers for a few moments before gently wrapping the sash underneath my hair and up to make a headband of sorts. As he tied a neat bow atop my head he spoke,

"If ye don't mind, I'd like ya ta wear this today for me"

I lightly furrowed my brow and lifted all my hair up so the sash laid nicely around my head,

"I don't mind, but may I ask why?"

Harry finished with the bow and gently brushed his fingers through my hair a little more, I smiled a little more at the comforting feeling as he gently detangled my hair and made it lay nicely,

"Because I need a little extra luck today"

For what? Why does he need extra luck I wonder? I looked up at him and gave him an intrigued look,

"Why do you need extra luck? And what does me wearing your sash have to do with it?"

He smiled down at me and tilted his head which I mimicked subconsciously and saw the gears turning in his head a little bit,

"Ye'll see at three o'clock in the fencing gym today, but my thinking is my sash that of course used ta be on my sword which has saved me multiple times, combined with ye that has also saved me multiple times just makes an epicenter of good luck. Call me superstitious but I reckon that'll do the trick"
