Summer woke on Saturday morning, feeling as fresh as a summer flower. She rushed downstairs in her beanie and fuzzy sleeping jacket. "Morning, Mom," Summer said to her mom as she jumped into the kitchen to get cereal. Summer poured herself some Lucky Charms cereal, then sat down on the kitchen bench.
"Hey, sweetie pie," her mother said.
"So... did you book the movie tickets yet?"
"Oh... about that. I checked and the few movies on in 2D for Detective Clark have no seats for us to sit together. Or the whole cinema is sold out."
"Mom..." Summer groaned. "Why can't we just go to a 3D movie."
"Summer, you know Amber doesn't like 3D movies. You'll just have to find something else to do today. And hiding yourself from society, watching Youtube and checking Instagram, isn't an option," her mom said.
"Urgh..." Summer grumbled. "Fine." Summer went up to her room and paced the floor, thinking of some activity that she could do. Then it hit her. She could go to Karaoke Dokie. And maybe she could invite Cassidy, Cole, and Brett. Summer grabbed her phone and went on her Whatsapp chat with Cassidy, Cole, and Brett to text them about going to Karaoke Dokie.
SUMMER: wanna go to karaoke dokie 2nite?
