"Admit it Sensei we did awesome" Kato beamed as he got in the way of Hayami.
Hayami rolled her eyes but secretly smiled. You kids are on your way of being excellent Shinobi.
"Only because those bandits were idiots" Hayami said.
Kato's shoulders fell and went back to stand besides Himawari.
The plan had gone accordingly to what the three ninja had said. In less then ten minutes they had captured them. They were now traveling back to the Hidden Leaf Village.
The young ninjas continued to talk amongst themselves. Well mostly Himawari and Kato did all the talking with Kenzo giving an ocasional "Hn".
A violent air suddenly struck them sending them flying back and knocking them down. As the air cleared three men and a woman stood before them.
"Hayami" the woman said.
"Momiji" Hayami greeted as she stood besides the young ninjas.
"What a coincidence finding you here"
Hayami laughed, "not much if you've been following me."
Momiji smirked, "well, you do have a debt with me."
"I don't recall such thing."
"Of course you don't" Momiji grew angry and her eyes turned a darker shade. "After how many people you have killed how could you recall all of them."
"That's offensive" Hayami said crossing her arms, "I have a very good memory."
Itachi stopped meters away on top of a tall tree. He hid as he saw the scene unfold before him. He could tell Hayami really was testing her opponents patience. He was just hoping he wouldn't have to interfere. Although he was also hoping to see Hayami's ability as a shinobi.
"That's good then because I will make sure you see the death of those kids before you face your own." With those words leaving her mouth Momiji launched her attack.
Itachi could tell by her movements that her strength was short distance attacks. As he saw the two men with her stay behind he knew immediately that they were long range attackers.
Hayami focused on evading every hit Momiji through her way. Kato, Kenzo, and Himawari stood back watching the scene unfold.
The only thing the three of them could tell was that they were rouge ninjas and had some sort of vendetta towards their sensei.
As Momiji saw that she could not get a single hit in she stepped back and made her hand signs, "wind release, rotating shuriken"
The shuriken flew in different directions. Each aiming at one person.
"Earth style, Mud wall" Kenzo said
"Protecting Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms"
"Fire style, fireball"
The young ninjas were able to block the shuriken aimed their way efficiently.
While the ones aimed towards Hayami hit her making a poof and smoke leaving an empty place.
