Outside of the room. The Inquisitors, Ashley, Violet, Merelona, Charlotte and Delta were all waiting. While the Inquisitors and Delta were patiently waiting, Violet unleashed hell upon Ashley.
"Why?! Why?!" her right hand clenched into a fist. "Explain yourself, Queen Ashley! Explain why you raped Augustus! Explain why you forced him to have children! Was it some sick plan of yours? Was it politically motivated? Were you trying to ensure your place within Orion?! Tell me!"
Queen Ashley had no answer. Her face was impassive and she showed no emotions as she was berated by Violet. If she was annoyed with Violet she didn't show it. If she felt guilty for what she did she didn't show it.
She showed nothing.
Therefore, she revealed nothing to the raged Violet.
"You just going to stand there and be silent?! Thinking that silence will free you from the guilt of trapping him?!" Violet then smacked Ashley's face - shocking everyone around her. "Well guess what, you're still guilty! Guilty! Guilty! Guilty! And the fact that you refuse to show any reaction further proves how guilty you are!"
Alexon, Jingks and Omega, standing off to the side, had nothing to say. Maybe they could say something to help Violet out and calm down the situation. Or maybe they could say something that would worsen things. Either way. They didn't make any comments - yet.
They did show how disappointed they were with the situation. Whether it be with shaking their heads or by crossing their arms. A few whispers to each other about how disappointing and displeasing it was to see such a distasteful fight take place.
"I hate you! I absolutely despise you and other women like you! I hope one day, on a beautiful and glorious day, someone ends up sticking a sword, spear or whatever through your chest!"
After a few more minutes of the one-sided fight continuing. The Inquisitors felt compelled to speak up about the situation - in hopes of calming it.
"What happened is absolutely terrible. Ashley should be ashamed of herself for the disgraceful action she did. No man, woman or whatever should be forced into acts of 'physical connection' forcibly. No one should ever have children unless they want them."
"I agree with Omega," Jingks said.
"Queen Ashley," Alexon turned, "I believe you owe Violet an explanation. She deserves to know how it happened."
Queen Ashley turned and gazed at Violet's vexed face. She looked at her for a few brief moments before turning back to the Inquisitors.
"Very well," she turned back to Violet and calmly cleared her throat. "After a night spent together that consisted of tea, light conversation and joking, the Lord Inquisitor and I decided that we wanted more. After many years of deep friendship, we made the decision that the night should have been topped off with sweets," she then smirked. Whether that was to anger with Violet or not wasn't clear. "Our children weren't born out of a crime. Our children were born out of love and passion."
"Nonsense!!!" Violet's yell echoed through the halls of the palace and was heard by every single person who had ears. "You took advantage of Augustus at a time he needed support! A time where he did not need to be taken advantage of!" she scoffed at Ashley's story. "Under the right mind, he never would voluntarily be with you! He never would! You had to have done something to him!"
"Violet, are you suggesting that the Lord Inquisitor was drugged?" Omega asked.
"-I am!"
"-She is indeed suggesting that the Dragon King was drugged by Queen Ashley," Delta spoke while Violet responded. "Whether or not the Dragon King was actually drugged cannot be determined unless Queen Ashley voluntarily clears up the air. However, it cannot be denied that there was a strong chance he was drugged."
