With Excalibur being ripped out of the Ruby vampire's body, she screamed in profound pain as the fiery Dragon chains grabbed ahold of the insides of her mouth, imposing its will on her jaw and forcing it to stay open. Excalibent then brutally smashed through the back of her skull and emerged through her mouth, killing the Ruby vampire with her wide eyes open. When silence ensued, Paladin released the Dragon chains and Excalibent, allowing the Ruby vampire's lifeless body to fall onto the ground back first - making Paladin gaze down into its lifeless eyes.

"Bastard!" Paladin looked up at the remains of the wall and he was able to see some vampires still standing. One of them clenching down onto his teeth so hard that blood protruded from his mouth. "Bastard! Bastard! Bastard! Bastard!"

"No..." another vampire grabbed the man and stopped his cries. "That man is not a bastard... He isn't even a man..." the vampire turned to Paladin. "He's a demon. A demon sent here to murder us all in cold blood..."

Murdering isn't the only thing that I'm capable of - the ruby vampire is evidence of that.

"I hate him... I hate him..." the crying vampire fell onto his knees and looked up at the sky. "Why did he come here! Why have we been cursed!"

Paladin shook his head

An example needs to be set...

Paladin planted Excalibur and Excalibent into the ground. He then held out his left hand over the Ruby vampire, and with swiftness golden flames appeared in the body of the fallen woman - wrapping itself around and filling her insides. Slowly the fallen Ruby vampire was raised to her feet, glowing in regenerating gold, and when the light and flames disappeared the Ruby vampire was brought back to life - standing as if she had never died.

"Huh... What the..." the ruby vampire looked at her clean hands. "How am I... A-A-Alive--"

Paladin grabbed a handful of the woman's hair and pulled her back - bending her entire body over so she got a good look at his face, and he struck fear straight into her heart. She was surprised to be alive again, but she didn't expect to see the face of the Demonic Inquisitor.

"How easy is it to regenerate the body of a weak woman?" Paladin averted his eyes to the wall. "Not surprisingly, Ruby vampire, it is rather easier."

"H-H-Huh--"

Paladin forced the woman back to standing on her feet, but unlike before where she had her back turned to Paladin, she was facing him. Fear in her eyes and her entire body shaking, Paladin smirked as he then kicked the woman straight in her pelvis - crushing her uterus and making her cough up blood. She is then sent flying back into the heartland she was trying to defend with her life, while the Demonic Inquisitor stood triumphantly.

"I-i-Issss T-T-The-The-There anything we can do!"

"He's too strong! He's too much! We don't stand a chance!" the vampire then broke down into a panic attack. "T-T-T-There's no way... I-I can't do it... I c-c-can't stand!"

The vampire who broke down then grabbed his sword and swiftly slit his neck - the Demon coming for them simply too much for him to handle. All the other vampires looked on, and from being inspired some of the others started joining in. Slitting their necks and piercing their hearts, they killed themselves before the Demon could - who was watching them with no feeling in his heart.

"Don't let him enter our home!"

Sanguine colored arrows fly down from the sky and land in Paladin's right shoulder. Feeling no pain, Paladin looked up and watched as male and female vampires flew down from the sky at him.
