The three Inquisitors were in agreement with each other. Frostaria was an unruly situation that they didn't feel comfortable with. For it seemed like there was more than what was being seen. A hidden force behind the New Generation or right alongside of it perhaps? Or maybe it was something not even associated with the New Generation?

Things were odd.

They teleported into the desolate city that Frost was. Not a single soul alive in the streets. Explainable by a blizzard, but that could be countered by the fact that the Frostarians are Snow elves and not humans. They are unaffected by the cold. The closest comparison that could describe how they felt about snow storms would be how humans felt about sandstorms.

Sand will get in your eyes and hair. It can pick you up if strong enough and make it where you aren't able to see. But by the temperature alone, it won't kill you. It'll be the other factors that will end up killing you.

An example; walk in a sandstorm and you'll be unable to see much. Because of this you come across an aggressive animal. Wild dogs. Cougars. Poisonous reptiles like snakes are also possible to come by. Any one of those groups could endanger your life - and end it.

So in conclusion. A blizzard won't kill a Frostarian, but it is rather annoying to deal with.

But going back on track.

The Inquisitors didn't have high expectations for Frostaria, they did expect some form of welcome. Not a parade or streets filled with crowds upon crowds of worship for them. But they were expecting to find some friendly greetings from a few people. They were expecting a handshake or a smiling face that would say 'Welcome back, Inquisitors'.

They did receive a 'welcome back' from General Zelox, but it was not what they were expecting.

"Hmmm..."

In the forests of Aria, the Inquisitors stood. The entire city of Frostaria was enveloped by thick fog. The fog made it hard to see the city and the surrounding area. It forced the Inquisitors to use various methods just to see through it; Eagle-eye like magic for the Grand Wizard, Jingks used nothing but stayed alert and ready to use the powers of the Laplace Demon, the Lord Inquisitor used his unique Dragon eyes.

All three of them were alert. The two Inquisitors who were seeing through the fog actively surveyed the area. Maintaining complete three hundred and sixty degree awareness around them at all times.

What were some of the things they noticed?

The first thing they noticed was that Aria had lacked any walls. When the Inquisitors first came to Frostaria many years ago, Aria was a proud city with gigantic walls that were able to stop the Legion of Death from advancing on them. The walls protected everyone inside and limited casualties.

But now they were gone. The mighty walls that acted as Aria's saviors were apparently stripped away from the city. This was potentially done because the war with the Legion of Death was over. But then again, the walls were there before the Legion of Death, and they weren't specifically built to stop the Legion of Death either. So why take them down after they saved you?

The second thing they noticed was that Aria, like Frost, lacked life. It was a desolate city that was empty of anything that would make it seem 'alive'. The silver moon that shined upon the city was high up in the sky. Was it possible that Aria was just sleeping? If so... Aria, a city that is supposed to be standing on their heels because the New Generation is nearby, has poor leadership because of there being no security.

"Paladin, give me your opinion on something."

"What is it?"

The Lord Inquisitor responded to the Grand Wizard, but he never kept watch over his area.
