Monster's Daughter (Legacies Fanfic)

Hope POV

We drive until we stop at Whitmore college.  "Why are we at a college?" I ask confused

They both unbuckle there seat belt getting out of the car "This is where I learned to feed" Elena answers helping me out of the car. 

"We can look around for frat or sorority party to go to." Caroline adds

 I look around a the students. 

"I'm not sure about this" I say looking around uneasily. 

"It was difficult for me at first then it got easier, It won't hurt them if you tell them it doesn't hurt and have control"  Elena explains

I nod

.Elena leads us to a row of fraternity houses. 

 "One of them is throwing a rager that started an hour ago and lasts till 2:00" says Caroline checking her watch and the flier she grabbed

I groan at looking at the frat house, I look back at Caroline and Elena.

"We'll be outside if you need us just call and  don't drink anything" Elena calls.

 I walk in the door and its pure chaos so many people everywhere. I have no space I'm pushing and shoving my way to the bedroom hallway. I clutch the wall for a moment to catch my breathe. A group of frat boys pass through the hallway. I try to remain composed in front of everyone. 

I look for a target then perfect, I see a man harassing a group of sorority girls. I have to have a plan. I tug down my shirt and lift my bra, setting the perfect trap for this d-bag. I walk over to him as he eyes me up and down. "Why haven't I seen a pretty girl like you around" He says grabbing my arm.

  This son of a bitch! This douche 100% deserves what's coming to him

"Well if you want to get to know me better we could go to your room" I say naively. He smiles at his buddies "Well if you insist" He says pointing to his room.

 He starts kissing me as he shuts the door. I look up at him and compel don't scream. I dig my fangs into his neck. I drink with relief and no remorse. I feed till I'm full and he is almost in shock. He drops to the ground I put a compress against his neck while he lays there trying to stay awake. I compel him to forget. I walk out smiling  

"You fed!" Caroline says smiling and embracing me like a mother would a daughter. Elena smiles  watching me get in the car " So who did you feed off of?" She asks excited for details. 

 " Some frat boy who was annoying a bunch of sorority girls. " I say smiling. 

We drop Elena off at her house 

Then Caroline asks " Do you love Josie?" which catches me completely off guard. 

but I answer " Yes, from the way she takes care everyone to her laugh. Just being next to her makes me feel like I never died. That's the hardest part about being dead that whatever I do has an effect on her. I don't want her to worry about me. I want her to be selfish with me because she spends so much time taking care of everyone else. She often forgets to take care of herself or let others take care of her." 

Caroline smiles and even tears up at my response "Your a good one hope" She replies and continues our drive back to the Salvatore School in silence.
