Emotional Roller-Coaster

Hope POV (About a month has passed)

I slide on my skirt and try to button it then slam it on the ground yelling "DAMN IT" 

"Another Pair" She says looking out of the bathroom tooth brush in hand

Josie goes to her sewing box and pulls out a pair she made larger

"Its not even the baby Joe, Its just all of this bloating" I say angry 

"Hope your eyes" She says looking over cautiously

"I hate this!!" I say sitting in front of our bed

"Hey, I'm going to be with you the entire way" She says wrapping her arm around my shoulder.

I rub my tired eyes on her sweatshirt

"Remember Sunday afternoon we are going three towns over for you to get an ultrasound" She says rubbing my head

"Do we have to" I say exhausted

"I mean we could always just tell elena and then we don't have to drive forever" Josie shrugs

"I mean that would be safer but I'm worried she would tell Caroline and Alaric or worse my family" I say hitting my head on the end of my bed

"Why does this have to be so hard" I say ugly crying in Josies shoulder

She wraps her arms around me holding me securely

"I love you so much Josie" I say looking into her eyes

"I love you more" She says placing a kiss on my lips

"Maybe we should tell her about this" I say hugging her arm

"Its up to you hope" She says supportively

"Before I have to choose can we have a night of fun" I say wiping my tears on her sweatshirt

"I have a couple of Ideas" She says smiling and walking over to the four months of chaos poster

"I honestly terrified of what you are going to choose." I say rolling to lay on my side

"I'll tell you after class, maybe that will give me time to convince Lizzie that you won't pull another stunt like you did last time."

I laugh saying "That was hilarious, the look on her face was priceless" 

"Hope, that was my sister" She say blushing hard

"She asked for it, Its what she gets for repeatedly cockblocking me" I laugh uncontrollably

"Can you at least meet me in the middle and pretend you are sorry" She says before spitting her toothpaste in the sink

"Ok,I'll pretend, you know she is terrified to be alone with us" I say bursting out laughing at the last part

"Yeah she added Kaleb,Cleo, and Mg as buffers for the last couple of activities" She says finally giggling

"See it is funny" I say pointing at her laughing

"It was mortifiying" She says from the bathroom

"Ok I promise to play nice" I say giggling

"You mean it" She says putting her toothbrush in the holder

"Scouts honor" I say grinning

"You were never a scout" She says plainly

"Well lets add that to the list" I say walking over to the board

She takes off after me "WE CAN'T JUST ADD STUFF TO THE BOARD"

She wrestles me for the marker pinning me down

the door opens to a extremely mortified Caroline

There is silence for a second and then I just start laughing at how awkward this is

I wheeze "She wouldn't.*wheeze* let me add something to the board *WHEEZE*"

I can't stop laughing.

Caroline finally leaves the room and Josie starts laughing too

We both roll over to our sides

"We are going to have such an awkward conversation coming up" Josie says putting her hand over her eyes

"Just add it to the pile" I say chuckling at the sad truth
