Cami POV

I can't believe she had to go through all of this and at a school where her father is shown as a villian. No child should have to deal with that. How does someone deal with that. It makes me wonder how she turned. "How did you die" I ask calmly. 

She looks down maybe looking for an excuse. "I was hunting a group of  rogue vampires who were feeding on townspeople. I was about to shoot one with a crossbow then I got slammed into a rock. Then Its a little blurry. I remember the pain in was like someone peeling of my skin and driving nails in my head. Then I remember Caroline coming to save me.  She scared off the Vampires and then I was carried for a bit. Then I remember seeing the the salvatore school. Then nothing . I woke up screaming a couple times or at least I was told" Shes recalls. I can tell she is leaving something else out. She twiddles with her shirt sleeves stretching them out.

"Why didn't you heal or use magic" I ask more suspiciously

She looks up like she had been caught in a lie

"I don't know, maybe the head injury was more serious" She says looking down and twiddling her fingers.

Suddenly the doors burst in revealing an Extremely Angry Alaric, a sleepy caroline,and a couple of concerned mikaelsons.

"Hope go back to your dorm" Alaric asks calmly

Hope stomps off to her dorm

"Why was hope here" Alaric ask angrily 

"She was asking about her dad" I say calmly.

Which causes Freya and Rebekah to glance at each other and Carolines face to soften into concern.

"Most importantly I'm worried about her" I say butting in before Alaric can continue

Alarics face softens "why"

"She's hiding something about the night she died and is not filling in any plot holes like how she could have used magic or she could have used her wolf hearing to see the vampires coming." 

They all look around at each other in realization.

"I know you don't trust me but trust the fact that she has gone through a lot and It wouldn't be surprising if it's been taking a toll on her.." 

they nod at that conclusion
