A Killer Project

I exit Josie's room to head to my second class, but then I see Lizzie lounging on the couch.

"Sup Killer, get any sleep" She laughs groggily

"I would appreciate it if you didn't call me that" I lean on then couch

"Ok, Hopey" She smiles

"Never mind Killer is good" I glare but resolve "I'm sorry if what I said the other day upset you"

"Thank you but it's nice to know you have other emotions besides Depressed and Horny" She rolls her eyes " Well anyways we need to find you a project" Lizzie points out " A Killer Project" Lizzie wheezes and laughs for a couple of minutes

"Yeah so funny" Hope rolls her eyes

"Well what do you have in mind hope" Lizzie takes a sip of her iced coffee.

"I don't know, Lizzie" Hope plops down on the couch.

"You could do running and you could be an Olympic runner or something" Lizzie suggests

"I would have an unfair advantage it wouldn't feel fair if I participated" Hope sighs

"Fine how about sword fighting, its more about technique then strength" 

"No thank you I don't ever want to turn it off or loose control and be a highly trained mercenary"

"Okay that might be for the best anyway, well you could practice magic"

"That also involves me getting more powerful"

"Ok, maybe you could collect stuff that's what I do and it's so much fun going to thrift stores and you have unlimited cash to do it because your a vampire."

"That also sounds like cheating"

 "Fine, how about Ice skating that's fun and its more about agility ,technique, and elegance which seems to be in your wheelhouse" Lizzie rubs her eyes

"That is the closest you've ever came to giving me a compliment" I pretend to gasping and clapping

"You're and idiot" She grabs her coffee and stands up "We can drive to a rink after school" Lizzie sighs

"What were you two talking about" Josie rubs her eyes walking out of her room

"Killer projects" I shrug

"Do I want to know what you mean by killer" Josie kisses my forehead

"Probably not" I kiss her cheek

"Ok just be safe" She worries

"Don't worry I'll be with Lizzie" I shout walking off

"That somehow worries me more" She shouts after me
