Hope POV

I continue to pack my bags crying at the unfortunate couple of days I've had.

Then a gentle knock comes from the door

Then It clicks open

"Hopey" She cries hugging me from behind

I turn around eyes full of tears.

"What's the matter and why are you packing" she asks holding my hands

"I'm going to take some time off from school" I breathe andI just break down sobbing in her arms

I look out the window of the car looking at the rows of corn and soy beans

I feel Freya's eyes burning into the back of my head and Nik babble in his car seat 

I look over at him which causes Freya to turn around quick 

The car screeches to halt in front of an old wooden cabin

"Hope we're here" Freya's says opening my door and Keelin gets nik

I look at the beautiful cottage. 

It reminds me of the cabins on the bayou 

I smile thinking of the fun I had staying with  Mary.

I run my fingers through the flowers around the house forgetting about everything until I bump my arm on a lawn decoration. I double back in pain 

Then I drop kick the gnome into the field. 

Which caused the whole Mikaelson brood to erupt with laughter

I think being out here for a while won't be such a bad thing.
