When Namjoon showed up the next day, it was like a bomb being dropped on the whole school.

From whispering and laughing among eachother, they all went on a silent mode, staring at him with wide eyes.

Namjoon didn't like the attention he was receiving but his nervousness vanished when he saw Seokjin holding his hand up. He was standing with his friends that were also gawking at him.

His hair was slightly pushed back, revealing a bit of his gorgeous forehead and face. He was wearing blue sweatpants that perfectly gripped at his leg muscles, a black, simple t-shirt that reached just below his hips and black all star converse.

Probably not a usual matching of brands and clothes in others opinion but, Namjoon was stunning.

A blue tracksuit of the same brand like his sweatpants and a new white printed school bag.
Yep. Namjoon indeed looked as stunning as ever.

And they were all aware of that. That was the problem. Since when Namjoon wore such cool, nice clothes? The moment they got silent, they started whispering again but quietly this time.

Namjoon didn't feel anything special. In fact, he missed his old clothes. The ones he was wearing represented a side of him that was not real and he didn't feel so comfortable. Not at all.

"There you are. I've been waiting for you." Seokjin said and smiled widely when Namjoon stood beside him. He wrapped his arm around his shoulder and leaned onto him. "We have our first class together."

Namjoon nodded and looked at him. A sudden lack of space between them made him feel uneasy. Seokjin seemed as if he didn't mind but, Namjoon wanted to jump out of his own skin. Seokjin obviously had no intention to pull away so Namjoon had to try and keep himself together.

"To be completely honest with you, I can't believe my eyes." Hoseok said, a smug look onto his face. "You did a very great job, Seokjin. Never disappointing your best friend. Someone is going to bust from envy."

Seokjin turned around and looked at Jisoo that was standing with Jackson and throwing daggers at them. If stares could kill, they would be long dead.

Seokjin felt satisfied yet unhappy at the same time. He could believe he was forcing himself into this but feelings that were built up for two years can't vanish in a few days.

"Hey, the match will be held soon by the way. Talked to my father, probably around this weekend." Hoseok announced as he wrapped his arm around Seokjin's shoulder and stood in between him and a couple of other players.

"That fast?" Mark whined. "We don't even have time to prepare. What has gotten into your father?"

Hoseok rolled his eyes. "It's not just about my father. The other school is pushing him. They are coming from.." Hoseok thought as he tapped onto his chin with his finger. "Tokyo."

They all snorted.

"Coming all over from Japan just for one match. Imagine how crazy they are-Which reminds me, we won't have him on our team." Mark said, "And he is our best player."

"Shut the fuck up, I don't give a damn about Jackson." Seokjin said through greeted teeth. "Let's go inside, the class will start soon. You look amazing by the way." Seokjin winked at Namjoon, making him gulp slightly and look away from him.

Hoseok and Mark started racing to the entrance with the others while Seokjin and Namjoon walked behind them in peace, thinking about exactly the same thing.

"Taehyung told me the match will be held in a couple of days." Namjoon broke the thick silence between him and his fake boyfriend.

Seokjin hummed in response and kept writing down on a paper, finishing up Namjoon's home made exam. He was indeed better at math, Namjoon thought. They have been working onto it for three weeks now and Namjoon couldn't help but think about how the time flew fast and how much Seokjin had changed through their private sessions.

Well, only in private.

He hadn't been so arrogant but there was still something so mysterious about him that made Namjoon wonder.

It was as if he wanted to open up and become friends with him but he couldn't.

"Mind if I come?" Namjoon asked.

Yes, he wanted to come and watch him play. Well, it would have been way better if Seokjin had asked him to come instead of Taehyung who did it just yesterday but oh well.

"Fine by me." Was the answer until they fell into silence again.

Namjoon decided to look around the living room while Seokjin was busy doing his work. His eyes roamed around the white walls untill they landed on a picture at the very end of the wall. It showed a small boy around preschool age and a man, holding him onto his lap while sitting in an armchair.

The boy looked like Seokjin. Beside the picture was another, with a very beautiful woman dressed in orange royal dress and a black hat with orange feathers on it.

Under those two was the third with the same people and the boy and Namjoon assumed that they were Seokjin's parents.

Suddenly, the front door opened. Namjoon flinched a little and quickly averted his gaze from the frames to look at Seokjin who had a ghost like look onto his face.

Frowning, Namjoon turned around and saw the same woman from the picture, walking inside the living room with a large, red bag onto her shoulder and a little black dress, stopping right after spotting the two on the floor.

"Didn't know you would bring company tonight."

Not even introducing herself, her heels made loud clapping sounds as she made her way over to the kitchen.

Namjoon suddenly felt unpleasant. Seokjin, with the same look onto his face, took the notebook and a pen into his hands and stood up.

"We are working on a school project. He was just about to leave anyway."

Namjoon frowned. But he gathered his own stuff and stood up too, giving her a warm smile. She wasn't interested in his existence as she kept staring at Seokjin and taking a sip of water.

"School project? Sounds interesting. About what?"

"Math."

She hummed.

Namjoon could feel the slight tension in the air and he wanted to go home. As if Seokjin read his mind, he made his way to the hallway. Namjoon said a small goodbye before he followed him.

He paid close attention to his face and it didn't change even for a second. Seokjin looked cold and somehow...irritated that he was afraid to even speak.

Without asking extra questions, Namjoon put on his shoes and walked out the door.

"Good night, Seokjin."

"Good night."

Namjoon unconsciously sucked in a tiny bit of air. Seokjin had actually told him a good night back. Squealing inside himself, Namjoon turned around and rushed to the gate.

When he turned around to close it, making a small click sound, Seokjin was still standing at the door and staring at him with the same look onto his face.

Something was wrong and Namjoon could literally feel it. He will make sure to talk to him about it when he gets the chance.
