Chapter 63

Y/N'S POV

After talking with both the goblin and Ollivander we go back downstairs and sit at the table

I hope Griphook will help us

"Do you need help preparing lunch?" I ask Fleur

"I wouldn't mind some help"

I get up and go to her

"Since you're letting us stay here helping you is the least I can do"

We start making lunch and the others start setting the table

A few days later Fleur tells us that Griphook wants to talk to us and we go to his room

"I made my decision Harry Potter...I will help you..."

"That's great! Thank you Griphook, we're really..."

"...only if you'll pay me" the goblin says

"How much do you want? I have some gold"

"I don't want the gold...I want the sword"

"You can't have it" Harry says

"Then we have a problem"

"We need to discuss this between us"

We go downstairs to talk about it and in the end we come up with a plan

"I don't like it" Hermione says

"Neither do I...but it's the only way"

We go back in the room and tell Griphook that he'll have the sword after helping us get into the Lestrange's vault

Like we did back in August, we start planning a way to enter the vault. Three weeks pass and one night we hear a knock on the door

"Who is it?"

"Remus Lupin!"

When we're sure that it's him we let him enter and he looks at us with a smile on his face

"It's a boy! We named him Ted!" he says happily

"Tonks had the baby?"

"Yes!"

Remus hugs everyone but when he's in front of me he stops in his tracks, I roll my eyes and wrap my arms around his neck

"Congratulations" I say

He hugs me back and I smile

"Dora wants you to be Teddy's godmother"

"R-really?"

"Yes. Do you accept?"

"Of course!" I say smiling

After making a toast and drinking a few glasses of wine, Lupin leaves

"Godfather, Harry!" I hear Bill say as I go upstairs

I go in the room I share with Hermione and lay down on the bed

I'm a godmother!

I look at the sea and take deep breaths, when I hear the door open I turn around and see Bellatrix Lestrange walking towards us

Hermione covers Harry, Griphook and me with the Invisibility Cloak and we all disapparate to the Leaky Cauldron

We arrive at Gringott and go inside, with a few difficulties we manage to arrive underground where the vaults are

"G-guys...y-you are..." I point at Hermione and Ron

"The Thief's Downfall...it washes away all the spells and disguises" Griphook says

The goblin takes us to Bellatrix's vault and we go inside

"Lumos"

We look around the room in search of the Horcrux and when I see it I point at it

"It's there!" I say

"How can we take it?"

"Levicorpus"

Harry manages to take the cup and, ignoring the pain from the burns, we get out of the vault

"Thiefs! Thiefs!"

Other goblins arrive and soon we are surrounded

"What do we do?"

"This way!"

Harry, Hermione, Ron and I jump on the dragon's back and release him, it starts flying and soon we're out of Gringott, we fly for a little while and when we see a lake we decide to jump

"NOW!"

I release my grip on the dragon and jump, I swin towards the shore and fall to the ground as I breath heavily

"Are you alright guys?"

"Yeah, I think so" I reply

I take a look at myself and see that I'm covered in burns, Hermione hands me a pair of dry clothes and I change myself

"What do we do now?" I ask

Harry falls to the ground and we all go to him, some time later he opens his eyes and looks at us

"He knows that we have the Horcrux...the last one is at Hogwarts" the boy with glasses says

"We need to go there" he continues

"We can't! We don't have a plan..."

"There's no time to make a plan...we need to go now"

"Fine...but how can we enter?" I ask

"We'll go to Hogsmeade and see what to do from there"

Harry pulls out the Invisibility Cloak and we all get under it, we grab Hermione's arm and apparate

In the next chapter Y/n and Lauren will see each other again
