From enemies to lovers (Lauren/You)

Chapter 64

Y/N'S POV

From under the Invisibility Cloak I take a look at the familiar Hogsmeade streets, before we can do anything we see ten Death Eaters coming out of the Three Broomsticks

"Scatter around. He's here" one of them says

We hide in a dark alley and wait

"We need to leave!" Hermione whispers

"They were waiting for us...they also probably put a spell to not let us leave"

All of a sudden it gets cold and I realize that the Dementors are coming. When we see them, Harry grabs his wand and quietly says

"Expecto Patronum!"

"He's there, I saw his Patronus!"

Fuck, we're screwed

"In here Potter" we hear a voice

We quickly go inside and quietly go upstairs, when we hear the Death Eaters leave we all let out a breath of relief and get out from under the Invisibility Cloak, the man that saved us comes upstairs

"Why did you come here, you damn fools?"

As we talk with Aberforth I hear my stomach grumble and I blush deeply

"S-sorry" I look down embarrassed

"I have some food"

He gives us some bread, cheese and water and we start eating

"Now we need to find a way to let you guys leave"

"We're not leaving, we need to get into Hogwarts" Harry says

We argue with Aberforth and in the end he lets out a sigh, he goes to his sister's portrait

"You know what to do"

A few minutes later we see Ariana coming back but we notice that there's someone with her

"Who's that?" I quietly ask

The portrait opens and when I see who's at the other side I gasp, I hug Neville with a smile on my face but when I take a better look at him I frown

"What happened to you?" I carefully touch the cuts on his face

"It's nothing, don't worry about it. Should we go?"

We follow him through the tunnel and as we walk he tells us what happened while we were away, a few minutes later Neville opens a door

"Look who's here!"

When we get out we see a lot of students and they all gasp when they see Harry

"It's Potter!" they say excitedly

I look around in hopes to find Lauren but I don't see her

"Where's Lauren?" I ask Neville

"She didn't come back after the Easter holidays but she'll be here soon"

I furrow my eyebrows at his reply but quickly forget about it when I see Ron whispering something to Hermione

"I think we should let them help us" the red headed boy says

"I agree with Ron, we don't have much time"

"I agree with him t-"

I stop mid-sentence when I see Lauren coming inside the room, my heart starts beating faster and my breath hitches when our eyes meet for the first time after ten months

"How dare you stand where he stood? Tell them how it happened that night! Tell them how you looked him in the eye, a man who trusted you and killed him. Tell them!" Harry shouts at Snape

Severus takes out his wand and at the same time my grandma stands in front of the boy with glasses, the two professors duel and the witch wins, when all the students start cheering because Snape is gone I run towards my grandma and hug her tightly

"I missed you so much" a few tears slid down my cheeks

"I missed you too sweetheart"

A few seconds later we hear Voldemort's voice telling us that we have an hour to give him Harry

"Go to your friends" my grandma says

I nod and run outside of the Great Hall, as I run through the corridors I bump into someone and when I see pink hair I start freaking out

"What are you doing here? Go back home!" I tell Tonks

"I want to help"

"You had your baby not even a month ago. Go. Back. Home" I say again

"Y/n, I'm perfectly capable of fighting and I won't leave. Now, where's Remus?"

"I don't know, I think I saw him going towards the East side of the castle"

"Thank you"

I let out a frustrated sigh when I see her running away

"She just had her baby, please let her live" I silently pray

I promise Y/n and Lauren will kiss in the next chapter, the wait is almost over 😇
