John B climbed out the window first, and started scooting over towards the left because the roof was so steep. JJ went out next, scooting all the way to the right, so I could soon follow him out and stand beside him.

He took my hand and helped me climb out the window, making sure I didn't fall, even though I was fine. I love it when he worries about me for the smallest reasons, I find it cute. I quickly but quietly shut the window before going over to stand next to JJ.

We heard the police officers enter the motel room and I looked over at JJ with a smile. "You're really cute when we're in trouble" he whispered with a smirk. Us pogues are somehow always getting into mischief.

"You're pretty hot with that gun of yours" I whispered and looked at his pocket, where he was keeping the stolen gun. "Oh you mean this gun?" He said as he went to pull it from his pocket. As he did that, it fell from his hands and hit a dumpster down below, causing a loud bang.

"Shit" Me, JJ, and John B all whispered at the same time. We stood as close to the building as we could, almost as if the three of us were tin soldiers. Pope and Kie quickly shot me and JJ a "seriously?!" look before running out of sight from the window and back to the boat.

JJ pulled me close to him as Deputy Shoupe came over and took a look out the window to find what made the loud banging noise. I looked at JJ in fear of getting caught, which is something I never really do.

It's almost as if he could sense what I was feeling, because he grabbed my hand tightly as both of us stood straight against the wall. I looked over, and shoupe had gone back into the room to search some more.

This is when the pogues decided to book it back to the boat, and leave before anyone could even notice we were there in the first place. "Jesus Christ JJ, your flirting with my sister almost blew our cover" John b states, shaking his head.

JJ shruggs and looks at me. "At least if we got caught, me and her would be together" He said and smiled at me. Oh how I love you, JJ Maybank.
