"Are you alright?"

Elena blinked and glanced up at Tseng, who was holding her arm. "Y-yeah." She stammered, skirting around the dead monster. "Thanks for the help." The head Turk simply nods, before releasing Elena's arm and walking ahead. He motioned both the other Turk, Reno, and her to follow him.

Rufus had sent the Turks on a mission to recover a few lost weapons from a old Shinra warehouse in the middle of the swamp, but Elena wasn't thinking about the mission.

Her thoughts were dedicated to the head Turk himself. She sighed, blushing to herself. He was an amazing person, and gorgeous to boot. It was a wonder how she wasn't MORE in love with hi-

"Elena? Yo, you okay?" Elena jumped, and whipped around to see Reno lounging against a tree, holding his baton behind his head. "Becuase you sure don't look it." She rolled her eyes, ignoring the ginger Turk, and looked ahead to see Tseng stopped a ways away, studying another dead monster.

"Eleeena? Come on, answer my question!" Reno whined from behind her, and Elena sighed. "Yeah, I'm fine, Reno." She muttered, staring dreamily at Tseng. Man, was he good-looking...

Reno noticed her staring, and smirked to himself. "Whatcha lookin at?" He asked innocently, walking up beside her. Elena rolled her eyes and ignored him, pretending to study something in the distance. In reality, she was still looking at Tseng. "Yo, are you gawking at the boss? You have a crush on him or something?" The ginger man added.

THAT got her attention. Elena jumped and whipped around, slamming a hand over the other Turk's mouth. She shot a frantic glance at Tseng, but he just looked at the two of them and shook his head, going back to work.

"Hey! That means I'm right, aren't I?" Reno threw in, muffled under Elena's hand. She pulled the ginger Turk behind a tree, before releasing him. "Yeah, yeah you're right. But you can't say a WORD!" She snapped, crossing her arms. It was hard to not have all the feelings tumble out of her mouth to Reno of all people.

Reno scratched the back of his head and glanced at Elena with an odd glance. "Why don't you just tell him then, yo?" He asked. "Tseng's not gonna freak or anything." She stared at him. "What? No! I can't tell Tseng!" She gasped, checking back to see Tseng still studying that monster.

The other Turk still looked confused, and Elena sighed. "Reno, I can't tell Tseng. The last thing I would want to do is stress him out with these sorts of things. Our job is tough, and he's got enough to deal with. You get what I mean, right? I know you're flirty and a played

Reno nodded slowly. "Yeah, yeah, I get you. I guess I'll keep my mouth shut." Elena, wondering why Reno was being so chill, turned on her heel and walked up to Tseng, who was done studying the monster.

The three Turks continued on until they reached the old warehouse, Elena walking on the other side of Reno so not to be next to the head Turk. Tseng checked something on his phone, and turned to the other Turks.

"Reno, Elena, go check the control room to see if the power still works. I'll go load up the weapons and call for the trucks." Before Elena can say anything, Reno interjected. "Oh come on boss, that's definitely a two-man job!" He threw in, swinging his baton. "How bout Elena goes with you? I can totally handle the control room solo!"

Elena froze in place, as Tseng seemingly considered the request. The head Turk sighed, and rubbed his forehead. "Fine. Call if there's trouble." Was all he said. "You got it!" Reno said, turning on his heel. He nudged Elena on the arm and winked as he walked off.

Tseng sighed again, and folded his hands. "Let's get going." He walked by, and Elena followed him slowly, trying to mask her haywire emotions.

Anyway, I love the Turks. They're all such wonderful characters (my personal favorite is Reno, he's funny). And Elena and Tseng are SUPER cute. Their foil with Rufus is great as well, definitely the best part of Shinra.

On a different note, if any of you guys have the link to the Tumblr fluff alphabet, that would be greatly appreciated. There's a certain two FF villains I would love doing that for.

The next oneshot is probably going to be for one of my favorite character's birthday on Friday. Or maybe some Dissidia satire with a bunch of villains crammed in an RV and then the RV's battery goes dead. I'll figure it out.
