*Request from my friend, the lovely bbaj739 ! Thanks again! (Also I am so sorry if this is full of typos, I've been really out of it recently)*
"Come on, why now?"
You whine and roll over, not wanting to get up. The bed was so comfortable, you were tired, and it was pouring outside. Perfect sleep weather...
Wait. You weren't at your home, you had been traveling on your Chocobo across Gaia, trying to get to Midgar to visit your mother. And then, a monster had attacked you-
You bolt up, and glance around frantically. This wasn't your house, it was someone else's entirely. The whole place was colored in blood red and black, with the mirrors and windows covered with black sheets. It scared you, and you slid out of the fancy sheets, wiping a thin layer of dust from your pants.
"Hello?" You called, before walking up to the giant door and pushing it open. "Anyone home?" There was no response, and you continued onward, your feet sinking into the plush carpet.
Every window was covered, but you paid no heed, peeking underneath one of the sheets to see rain pouring down in some desolate landscape. It looked like a town, but you didn't think much of it, dropping the sheet and padding up to the front door. You tenderly lifted up the handle...
"Where are you going?" An unknown voice cut through the air, and you froze. You slowly turned around, and saw someone sitting on the stairs.
It was a man with long silver hair wearing a black dress shirt and pants, and the jacket of a first class SOLDIER.
Sephiroth? No, he's been dead for three years.
The supposedly dead man stared at you with glowing green eyes. "Where are you going?" He repeated, walking down the stairs towards you. You put your hand on the door handle. "I've got to be going, or I'll never make it."
Sephiroth moved in front of you so fast it almost knocked you off your feet. "You can't leave in this storm." He said in a cool voice, glancing down at you. He's tall. You thought, not noticing the fact that he was slowly edging you away from the door. "Stay for a while, at least until the storm blows over."
You didn't falter, and instead gripped the door tighter. "How did I end up here?" The man tilted his head. "Was I meant to leave you in the storm, defenseless?" He asked, grabbing your arm. His hand was deathly cold, and you shuddered. "Stay, please. You cannot leave now."
Something about this seems off. You think, but you lessened slightly. "I suppose can wait, but the second the storm lessens I have to leave." Sephiroth seemed very pleased at that response, pulling you back into the hall. "Good, good. Shall I show you around?"
You glanced at him, noticing that his grim had a point to it. When you blinked again, it was gone.
That's odd.

It had barely been a day and had questions. So many questions.
How was Sephiroth alive? What was he doing in some chateau in the middle of nowhere? Why was he following you everywhere?
Why were his teeth pointy?
You decided to start with the simple question first.
"Why are you out here?" You asked Sephiroth, trying to edge away from him. "The news said you perished." The man tilted his head and smiled. "My mother prevented my death, just as I prevented yours." He replied enigmatically, before patting you on the head with his incredibly cold hands. "What's with all the questions, dear y/n?"
You stopped and internally panicked for a second, before throwing out an excuse. "I was just curious." The man went silent for a second, before just smiling. "Curiosity can get one killed." He whispered in your ear, before turning on his heel and stalking off. You watched him leave.
What kind of answer-?

The rain hadn't lessened for a week days. It was driving you borderline crazy, the not leaving and the-
"May I ask where you're going?"
You froze, your hand on the door handle, and turned around to see Sephiroth staring at you, his eyes narrowed. "You promised to stay until the rain let up."
You faltered for a second, thinking of an excuse. "I need to leave. I have buisness to attend to across Gaia." The man ignored that and stormed up to you, almost throwing you away from the door. "You're not leaving this place, whether you like it or not." He hissed, sounding furious.
"Let me go!" You screamed, desperate to leave. "What are you really, a monster afraid of loneliness?" Sephiroth froze, and then suddenly grinned at you. "Is that not the idea?"
His teeth were sharp.
You had a second to realize before everything went black.
***
When you came to, there were two small holes in your neck.
